Before Mobility + Publrsh and regularly update the course catalogue on the websrte of the lnstrtutron well 111 advance of the

mobrlrty penods, so as to be transparent to all partres and allow mobile students to make well-rnformed chorces about the courses they wrll follow

Carry out mob•lrty only wrthrn the framework of pnor agreements between rnstrtutlons. These agreements establish the respective roles and respons.bu •toes of the d•ff erent part•es. as weil as theor commrtment to shared qualrty cNena in the selectron. preparatron, receptron and ontt'gratron of mob1le partrcrpants

+ Ensure that outgorng mob•le partictpants are well prepared for the mobrlity, rncludrng havrng attarned the necessary level of lrngurst1c proficrency

+ Ensure that student arrd staff mobihty for educatron or tra1n111g purposes IS based on a leam1ng agreemetlt for students and a mobrloty agreement for staff val1dated 111 advance between the home a'ld host •nstrtutoons or enterpnses and the mob1le partiCipants

+ Provrde ass1stance related to obtaonong vrsas. when requ.red. for oncomrng and outgo1ng mobrle partrc1pants

+ Provrde assostance related to obtaonrng onsurance, ·.vhen requrred. for oncomrng and OL<tgoong :110biie partocrpants

+ Provrde gurdance to rncom1ng mobile partrcrpants 1n findrng accommodatron

- When Participat.ng ln European and International Cooperation Projects -+ Ensure that cooperatron leads to sustarnable and balanced outcomes for all partners

+ Provrde relevant support to staff and students partrcrpat1ng rn these actrvrtres
