UNIGRAZonline system. Go to the column “Studies” and select "International Relations".

This link on your business card will lead you to the application website for different

mobility programmes. In this section you have the possibility to create a new application

Completing the application form (in Mobility-Online),

part 1

After you logged in, the application form is displayed:

Saving is only possible after entering all required data!

6 of 9

Please fill in the application form and select the preferred host universities that you

want to apply for.

In principle, the listed Erasmus+ study places are only available for the listed

degree programmes. If you wish to apply for a place that is linked to a different

degree programme than your own, please contact Mag. Maren Leykauf

([email protected]).

Please note: You can modify the selection and/or the ranking of the host universities

until you submit the application.

After completing the entire application form, please save your application. You can still

edit most of the information entered up until this point at a later stage. Where necessary,

help texts for the individual steps are available after the respective line.

ATTENTION: If you do not complete and save this first step of the online application

within 60 minutes, you will automatically be logged out and must restart. All data

entered until then will be lost.

After successfully saving your application form, you will receive an automatically

generated email to your University of Graz email account providing information about the

next application steps. Please also check your SPAM folder for the email just in case.

Re-Entering Mobility-Online after the First Registration,

part 2

You must re-enter Mobility-Online after completing the online application form. This can

be done via the link provided in the previously received email or via the application page

for different mobility programmes under the section "Editing an already created

application" (see Logging into the Mobility-Online System, earlier in this document).

Uploading documents in Mobility-Online

As a next step in Mobility-Online, you will need to upload your application documents.

Please note that you have to upload all documents in pdf-format. Only one single pdf-file

can be uploaded per document type! If you have to submit more documents per

document type, please create ONE pdf-file to upload.

Tip: On the website www.ilovepdf.com you can convert other formats into pdf-files.

Submitting the printed application form to the Office of

International Relations

After uploading all documents necessary for the application, you must confirm (online)

that you completed your application. Please print out the application form from Mobility-

Online, sign it, attach a photo and hand it in to the Office of International Relations by

the end of the application deadline (25 January 2019).

Selection/Nomination for an Erasmus+ International

Study Visit

After the application documents have been evaluated by the relevant Erasmus+

coordinator(s) (for selection criteria see p. 2), you will be notified via email about the

nomination or rejection. In case of nomination this email will also provide you with

further instructions for the next steps (application at the host university etc.)
