WorkLifeBalance(WLB)isanideathatwemainlyhearaboutinrelationtothebusinesssector,whereithasbecomeapriorityinrecentyearsduetothepositiveimpactithasonproductivityand,therefore,profit.However,innon-commercialsectors,includingeducation and development, the importance of balancing work and personal lifecontinuestobeoverlooked.Asaresult, lackofWLBisoneofthe leadingcausesofprofessionalburnoutamongeducators.
