    FIRST OF ALL INSPECTION OF FOUDATION ISDONE W.R.T. DRAWING

    FOUNDATION SPRINGS ARE PLACED INLOCKED CONDITION WITH HEIGHTS ADJUSTEDTO GIVE REQUIRED SLOPE

    FABRICATE & ASSEMBLE BOTTOM PLATE &HOTWELL. IT IS PLACED ON SPRINGS.

    PRE FABRICATE SIDE WALLS AND WATER BOXTUBE PLATE.

    TUBE PLATE & SIDE PLATES ARE PLACED ONBOTTOM PLATE,ALIGNED AND WELDED.

    INSTALL TUBE SUPPORT PLATES & WELD ALSO INSTALL STIFFINGSTRUCTURE,AIR EVACUATION ZONE.

    INSTALL DOME WALLS &LP HEATER1 SUPPORTING STRUTURE.

    INSTALL LPH1. CLEAN CODENSER STEAM SPACE

    INSERT CONDENSER TUBE.

    WELD CONDENSER NECK WITH LPT EXHAUST HOOD.

    HYDRO TEST OF CONDENSER STEAM SPACE AND LEAK TEST

    &DRAIN. ASSEMBLE WATER BOX COVERS AND HINGE ASSEMBLY

    HYDRO TEST OF WATER SIDE

    PLACE AND LEVEL LPT OUTER CASING BASE PLATES, IP& LP REAR BEARING BASE PLATE AND GROUT WITHNON SHRINK CEMENT

    INSTALL LONGITUDINAL FIXED POINTS FOR FRONT&REAR WALLS

    PLACE LP INNER CASING LOWER HALF SECTION ANDMAKE PRELIMINARY ALIGNMENT

    PLACE LOWER HALF OF DIVISOR SECTIONS

    PLACE LP INNER CASING AND WELD MATCH THEPARTING PLANES

    FIX AXIAL AND RADIAL KEYS OF LPT OUTER CASING.WELD INTERNAL PIPING OF LP CASING

    WELD INTERNAL PIPING OF LP CASING

    CHEK STEAM FLOW PATH CLEARANCE BOX UP LP INNER CASING AND OUTER CASING

    PLACEMENT OF PEDESTALS OF IP REAR AND LPREAR BEARING.IP FRONT AND HP FRONTBEARING PEDESTALS SOLE PLATE ARE

    ERECTED. ALL PEDESTALS ARE ALIGNED W.R.T. TURBINE

    CENTRE AND TRANSVERSE AXIS.

    PEDASTALS ARE GROUTED

    CLEANED IPT IS PLACED AND LEVELLED. ALIGN IPT ROTOR WITH LP ROTOR

    FIX FRONT BEARING POSITION AXIALLY.

    FINAL CENTERING OF IP TURBINE

    CROSS AROUND PIPING FROM IP TO LPTIS PARALLEL DONE.

    PREPARE HPT AND PLACE IT INPOSITION,CENTRE AND LEVEL IT.

    ALIGN HP ROTOR WITH IP ROTOR.

    FINAL CENTERING OF HPT.

    ALIGN MOP WITH HP ROTOR.

    ROLLING TEST

    HONING OF COUPLING BOLTS OF HP & IPROTORS.

    FINAL ALINGNMENT OF HPT, IPT & LPT W.R.T.COUPLED ROTOR.

    HORN DROP TEST OF HPT &IPT

    CHECK FINAL OIL CLEARANCE OF

    BEARINGS AND BOX UP BEARINGS

    PEDASTALS. PREPARE AND DO OIL FLUSHING.

    INSULATE HPT AND IPT
