1. Visit Online Application:The resident visits the Council’s website and selects the online parking permit application.

2. Apply for Permit: The type of application is chosen from relevant permits available such as; new parking permit, renew parking permit, change vehicle details or lost or stolen permit.

The user is then requested to choose the permit duration e.g. 1 year, 2 years etc.

3. Personal Details The next step is to enter personal details such as name, address and parking location.

4. Vehicle Details: The resident is requested to enter their vehicle details such as vehicle registration, make, colour, model etc.

5. Attachments:Attachments to verify identity such as a utility bill, vehicle licence certifi cate or electoral number, must be uploaded at this stage.

6. Payment Details:Payment details are entered, a receipt and receipt number is automatically sent to the user via an email stating their request is pending approval.. Once approved, the parking permit is sent to the resident via post.
