The Company

Ericpol, Poland’s largest ICT exporter, is an engi--neering company that has been operating on the international ICT market since 1991. The company provides outsourcing and consultancy services as well as dedicated solutions within areas ranging from telecommunications, M2M (Machine to Machine), UX (User Experience) communications, healthcare, to business solutions and finance & banking.

Ericpol comprises three offices in Poland and three wholly owned production centres in Ukraine, Belarus and Sweden, creating the Ericpol Group and employing over 1700 people.

The company stands on solid financial ground, as the Group enjoys a strong cash flow and is finan-ced solely through equity. We have reported positive financial results every year since our inception.

Telecommunications

M2M

M2M stands for “Machine-to-Machine” communication. Essentially, it is the exchange of data between a remote machine and a back-end IT infrastructure. M2M interfaces allow businesses to monitor and control remote equipment that is crucial to their operation. There is significant growth in the adoption of M2M communications across many industries. Ericpol has been involved in the M2M market in the main business segments such as automotive, ITS, healthcare and smart metering. We have been supporting customers with comprehensive knowledge, integrating the best solutions available on the market to improve our customers’ business processes. Ericpol is also involved in M2M innovation trends such as GENIVI Alliance. Here we share our experience with companies such as Magneti Marelli, Continental, Delphi and Harman. Together we want to change the perspective of the vehicle infotainment world.

Healthcare

Ericpol has harnessed its IT experience in close cooperation with the Polish National Health Fund (NFZ) and College of Family Physicians in Poland (KLRwP), to produce drEryk - a programme for medical practices. drEryk met the expectations of physicians by improving the work of medical personnel while also increasing the quality of patient services. The advantages of drEryk were appreciated by the Centre for Quality Monitoring in Healthcare and drEryk remains the only application in Poland to receive positive feedback from the Centre. The second product called ‘ErLab’ is an innovative system for secure communication between laboratories and medical centres in Poland. Ericpol also developed a mobile version of the eWUŚ application. In situations where traditional online access to the eWUŚ system is unavailable, the application allows doctors to verify each patient’s eligibility for healthcare services via a specialized Internet solution.

Finances and Banking

To meet the needs of the financial sector, Ericpol has prepared special transfer programmes, that enable reliable and secure transfers of liability for the development and maintenance of all, or selected, elements of IT systems. With more than 20 years of experience in the international work transfer market we can guarantee companies data confidentiality and full security for secret information and other sensitive data. In addition, Ericpol provides opera-tional services for implemented solutions, i.e. B2B portals or video-teleconferencing systems.
