Hydraulic connection
Single-action control unitShould the tractor only have a single-action servo-valve, then itis absolutely necessary to have an oil-return pipe (T) fitted by aspecialist.
- Connect pressure hose (1) to the single-action control unit.Couple the oil-return hose (2) (with the greater diameter) tothe tractor’s oil-return system.
Double-action control unit- Connect pressure line (1) and oil-return pipe (2) (pipe with the
greater diameter is the oil-return pipe).
Note:If oil should become warm during operation then asingle-action control unit should be connected (seeabove).

Before coupling, the slottedscrew (7) on the hydraulic blockis to be screwed completely in.
Standard position with an open hydraulicsystemThe position of the slotted screw (7) is set in the factory.
The slotted screw (7) must be screwed out to the point wherethe screw head is level with the surface of the hydraulic block.
Warning!If this is not done then the overload valve on the tractor’shydraulics is continually in use and excessive warming of theoil will occur!
Connecting hydraulic lines- Turn p.t.o. off before connecting
- Put lever (ST) on the control unit into the floating position(neutral position).
- Take care that snap-lock couplers are clean.

Power supplyFitting to tractor
- Fix accompanying 4-pole power socket to the rear of thetractor and connect to tractor’s 7-pole power socket inaccordance with the circuit diagram.
On tractors where there is no power supply to the “54g”connector, the power supply must be sent through a relay (9)which is connected to the ignition switch (10).
Conductor diameter 2.5 mm2

The power supply for the 4-pole power socket comes from the“54g” (+Pol) and “31”(-Pol) power socket connections.
This conversion is to be made only by a specialist.Do not connect directly to ignition switch (dangerof fire or damage to electrical unit).
Use only recommended-strength fuses as the use ofstronger fuses will destroy the electrical unit!
To make the connection to the tractor.- After completion of the work as shown, plug the 4-pole and
7-pole plugs into the tractor's power sockets.
- Check that trailer lights are functioning.
Installation of control panel- Install the accompanying splicing plate (13) into tractor cabin
so that it is within the driver’s sight and reach.
- Place the control panel (14) in the splicing plate.
Before starting worka. Before commencing work, the operator must be aware of
all operating devices and functions. The learning of theseis too late after having already commenced operation!
b. The vehicle is to be tested for traffic and operating safetybefore each operation.
c. The danger of being crushed or cut exists in the Pick-up,cutting unit, tailgate and upper extension areas. All personsmust be shown out of these areas before activating hydraulicequipment and turning on the drive.
d. Before driving the vehicle, the driver must ensure thatnobody will be endangered and that no obstructions arepresent. If the driver is unable to see and have an overallview of the roadway directly behind the trailer, he must beguided by somebody while reversing.
e. Observe the safety tips which are attached to the trailer. Anexplanation of what the individual graphic warning symbolsmean can be found on page 4.
f. Observe also the tips in the respective chapters and in thesupplement to this operating manual.
Checking before operationThe following tips should make the trailer's operationeasier for you. Detailled information for individualpoints can be found in the respective chapters in thisoperating manual.
1. Check that all safety equipment (coverings, casings, etc.)are in proper order and fitted in position on the trailer.
2. Grease the trailer in accordance with the lubrication chart.Check the gearing for tightness and the oil level.
3. Check that tyres have the correct air pressure.
4. Check that wheel nuts are sitting firmly.
5. Ensure the correct p.t.o.-r.p.m..
6. Make the electrical connections to the tractor and checkthat they are correct. Take note of the tips in the operatingmanual!
7. Carry out the following adaptions:
• Drawbar height
• Laying of brake cable
• Install hand brake lever in the tractor cabin.
8. Secure trailer using only the fixtures provided.
9. Cut drive shaft to the correct length and check the functionof the overload safety (see supplement).
10. Check the electronic unit function.
11. Connect hydraulic lines to tractor.
• Check hydraulic hoses for damage and wear.
• Ensure the correct connection.
12. All swivelling parts (tailgate, adjusting lever, etc.) must besecured against dangerous position changes.
13. Check parking brake and service brake functions.
General safety tips for using thetrailer
Tips for travelling with the trailerThe handling of the tractor is influenced by the trailercoupled to it.
• Danger of tipping exists when working on slopes.
• The driving must be adaptedto the corresponding terrainand ground conditions.
• The towing vehicle is to besufficiently equiped withweights at the front or at therear in order to guarantee thesteering and braking capacity(a minimum of 20% of thevehicle's tare weight on thefront axle).
• The transport of persons on the machine is not permitted.
Tips for coupling and uncoupling the trailer• Danger of injury exists when coupling the implement to the
tractor!
• As long as the tractor is moving backwards, do not stepbetween it and the trailer when coupling.
• Nobody is to stand between the tractor and trailer withoutthe vehicles being secured againstrolling with the parking brake and/orwheel chocks.
• Drive shaft connection ordisconnection is only to be undertakenwhen the motor has stopped.
Parking the implement• When the implement ist parked, either
remove the driveshaft and store it, orsecure it with a chain.
Do not use retaining chain (H) for this.
Only use the trailer according to regulations!Regulations for Use: See chapter "Technical Data".
• The trailer's load limits (permitted axle load, support load,total weight) may not be exceeded. The relevant detailsare located on the right side of the trailer.
• In addition, observe the power limits of the tractor beingused.
Travelling on roads• Observe the road rules.
• The tailgate must be closed when travelling on publicroads. Lighting devices must be fitted vertically to the road.

Operating the swivelling supporting wheelOnly use eccentric lever (1) when implement is hitchedto tractor (danger of an accident should the trailer tipsideways)! Therefore keep children away from theparked trailer.
Hitching up the implement1. Couple implement to tractor and wind up supporting
wheel.
2. Unlock positioning boltswith eccentric lever (1).
3. Swivel supportingwheel up and secure.
Support wheel must not protrude beyondexternal contour of tractor!Wind supporting wheel completely up!
Parking the implement• Park the trailer on firm, level ground.
If the ground is soft then the area where the supportwheel is to stand must be appropriately increased usinga suitable aid (e.g. wooden board).
• Park only empty implement on supporting wheel!• When trailer is parked, apply the brake and secure
against rolling with wheel chocks.
1. Using eccentric lever (1) raise supporting wheel slightly andunlock.
2. Swivel supporting wheeldown and lock usingeccentric lever (1).
Engaging positioning boltscan be visually discernedusing safety rod (2).
3. Turn supporting wheel crosswise inwards.
4. Wind implement up until tow ring is clear of tractor's coupling.

PIVOTING DRAWBAR GB
Adjusting drawbar to tractor’s towing coupler
To allow pick-up to work perfectly, the height (M) of coupled trailer must be correctly set(pick-up pivoting area).
Height (M) = 43 cm
Note: Where the floor is uneven, reduce the measurement by 1 cm (M = 42 cm).
- Park unloaded trailer on even groundand on jockey wheel.
- Attach trailer coupler (A) to tractor so thaton towed vehicle adequate distance existsbetween drive shaft and drawbar.
- Set height (M) from ground to centre offeeler coupling point by adjusting jockeywheel.
Drawbar adjustment when equipped with adjusting spindle:
- Loosen lock-nuts (K).- Twist turnbuckle barrel (V) correspondingly.- Check height (M) of trailer coupled to tractor.
Observe following when equipped withhydraulic cylinder:
- Couple trailer to tractor.- The hydraulic cylinder piston must be
completely inserted.- Twist nut (51) until clamp frame (52) is at
rightangles (about 90°) to slip rod (G). Theclamp can then be raised.
A slot is located in the fork of the regulating spindle.- The fastening bolt (56) must make contact with the
inside of the slot.
- Loosen lock-nut (K) on the threaded spindle.- By twisting the cylinder piston (50), screw the threaded
spindle in or out until the height (M) is achieved.
Slip rod (G) must be able to move in the casing duringthe adjustment process (adjust with nut 51).
- Retighten lock-nut (K).- Twist nut (51) until clamp frame (52) is at rightangles (90°) to slip rod (G).
Pivoting drawbar safety device checkFunction of the automatic clamping device:
It prevents the trailer from tipping up during the return trip.- Adjust by twisting the nut (51) until the clamp frame (52) prevents the trailer from
tipping up through a slight inclination of the slip rod (G).
Maintenance:Grease pivoting drawbar safety device frequently!
Initial operationWith initial operation install accompanying catch bracket (12) onto mudguard so thatit is within reach and can be seen.
Insert moveable hand break lever (13) onto tractor for every run.
- Carry out brake test.
Attention!If brake fault occurs, immediately stop tractor and clear fault.
Should the adjustment action on the handbrake lever no longer be adequate, then withthe help of the notches on the brake cam axlelever, alter the position of the lever (19)correspondingly.
The lever adjustment (19) must becarried out on both sidessimultaneously.
Adaption to tractor- Loosen cable clamps (1) and unthread the cable through the support (2).
- Shorten bowden cable covering (see diagram) to a point where trouble-free cornering is still is possible.
- Rethread cable and secure with cable clamps.
- Check lever action (B) and adjust withhexagonal nut (3) if necessary.
Shortening the bowden cableThe extra long brake cable is manufactured to suitthe various designs of different tractor types.
In order to guarantee optimal function of brakeunit, the cable (A) should run in a straight line ifpossible.
Brake adjustment- If brake linings are worn out then brake shoes must be adjusted. This is carried out by turning adjusting nut (3) on hand brake lever.

Connecting the brake hosesWhen connecting the brake hoses ensure:
- that the hose-coupling sealing ring is clean- proper sealing- connection is according to markings
"Compressed air storage" (coloured red) to"Compressed air storage"“Brakes" (coloured yellow) to "Brakes"
• Replace damaged sealing rings.
• Drain water from air reservoir before first run of the day.
• Only travel when air pressure in the brake-system is 5.0bar.
Attention!
For the brake unit to function properly:- observe maintenance intervals- observe brake setting (stroke max. 30 mm or 90 mm)
• Drain water from air reservoir daily.Using a piece of wire turn bolt on drain valve in asideways direction.
When dirty- Screw out drain valve and
clean.
Connecting to towing vehicleWhen connecting brake hoses, controlbutton (M) is automatically pushed outby the stored compressed air comingfrom the towing vehicle.
Setting
The setting measurement (L) mustnot be altered. It must correspond tothe found on the WABCO rating plate.
Brake pressure regulator(for brake units with hand regulator)
After connecting to towing vehicle- Adjust brake
pressure regulatoraccording towagon's loadc o n d i t i o n(symbols).
Example:
• Wagon is half loaded
- position servo-valve at"Half-load"
The release positionenables wagon to move (shunt) when brakehoses are not connected to towing vehicle.
ALB - regulator (Anti-wheel-lock braking system)
(for brake units with an automatic brake pressure regulator)
With an ALB regulator the necessary brake pressure isautomatically regulated according to wagon's load condition.
The release positionenables wagon to move (shunt) when brake hoses are notconnected to towing vehicle.
• Depress control button (M) until stop.- Brakes are now
released.• Pull out control button
(M) until stop.- Wagon will brake
again using thestored compressedair coming from theair reservoir.

Before the first run- Release locking break and swing crank handle inward.
Parking the wagon- Secure wagon using locking break.- Brake pressure regulator to "releaze position".- Disconnect brake hoses from towing vehicle.
Cleaning and maintaining the air brake unit
The brake unit is a safety device. Therefore anywork carried out on it must only be done byspecialists.
Brake adjustmentThe piston stroke in the brake cylinder may not be greater than
30 mm as in Variation 1
90 mm as in Variation 2
• Therefore check piston stroke occasionally and reset if necessary.
Brake adjustment - Variation 1• Adjustment is carried out using adjusting screw (7).• Piston stroke should be 12 - 15 mm when reset.
Brake adjustment - Variation 2• Adjustment is carried out on brake lever groove toothing (K).
Adjusting the locking brakeGenerally speaking the locking brake requires noadjustment as the spindel adjustment range issufficient.
When the adjustment range is insufficient.- loosen rope clamps (4 clamps) at the ends of the
brake ropes- re-adjust length of brake ropes until enough
adjustment range is available again- re-tighten rope clamps (4 clamps) at the ends of the
brake ropes.
Cleaning the line filtersBoth line filters are to be cleaned depending onoperating conditions, normally about every 3 - 4 months.The sinter filter cartridges are to be removed to becleaned.
Procedure:
a) Depress locking tappet (21) on both brackets andremove slider (22).

Installation and check of comfortoperating
Installation- Mount supplied bracket (13) for comfort operating with two
hexagon screws within driver's vision and reach in tractorcabin.
- Insert front control panel (14) in bracket.
- Insert rear control panel (14a) at rear gate of trailer so thatspring bracket fits in bolt.
- Connect 4-pole plug with socket.
Rear control panel (14a) can be removed from the rear gateand used as remote controll.
If you use rear control panel (14a) in addition to front controlpanel in the tractor cabin, beater, cross conveyor, scraperfloor and scraper floor speed as well as STOP button can beoperated from the front.
Connect plug- Connect front control panel (14) with right socket (D1).
- If you use rear control panel (14a) in the tractor cabin, it hasto be connected with left socket (D2).
Safety tipsPlease take particular care when the operating elements on the
trailer and the tractor are to be used simultaneously by morethan one person. A conscientious arrangement should bemade by those concerned before operation.
An example:Danger of injury arises if a person stands at the rear of thetrailer and somebody in the tractor cabin activates a switchingfunction (opening the tailgate, switch on the driving gear, ...).

• Always adapt driving speed to the surroundings.
• Avoid making sudden curves when driving through hills andvalleys, and when transversing slopes (danger of tipping).

- As a rule green fodder is collected in swaths.
- Cut swaths collected are always stalk heads.

• If obstruction cannot be removed then check gas fill pressurein hydraulic accumulator (100 bar nitrogen).
Alteration of gas container pressure
• This work may only be carried out bycustomer service or a specialist.
• In order to reduce or increase thepressure in the gas container a specialfilling and checking device is necessary.
Note
• According to manufacturer's information all gas containershave a slight pressure drop after a certain amount of time.
• The gas loss (nitrogen) amounts to 2-3 % per year.
• After 4-5 years it is recommended that container pressure bechecked and if necessary corrected.
MaintenanceBeware!No welding, soldering or mechanical works of anykind may be carried out on the container.

Replacing belt- Turn off power-take-off-drive and remove drive shaft from

- Fit new belt.

1. Actuate the relevant switch on the switch box in thetractor cabin until the tailgate is in position "Z".
2. Check that both latching hooks are properly engaged.
Travelling on public roads• Travelling on public roads must only be undertaken with the
tailgate closed. Lighting devices must be fixed vertically tothe road.
Opening the tailgate
Nobody should be within theswinging range of the tail gate whenopening and closing!
Opening tailgate mechanically(w (Pos.P)1. The latching hooks are released by pulling the rope (S), or directly on the
trailer tail with the unlatching lever.
Take care!Limit rope sag with the rope clamp (56) so that it cannot be caught by thePick-up when slack.
2. When the latching hooks have been released the tailgate swingsautomatically into position „P“.
3. The tailgate can then be swung up using the lever(A). Fix lever (A) into the bracket (K).
The lever (A) can be secured in 2 positions. The tailgate can be opened toa greater or lesser width depending on the position selected.

2. Hook both left and right brackets (56) onto adjusting screws(59). Doing this prevents tailgate from swinging up.
3. Swing hooks into position "6a". In this position the flow of forageis not obsturcted when unloading.
4. Place the spacing rod (57) in the requiredposition.

Removing the lower beater rolls
1. Tailgate (80) up as high as it will go.
2. Remove cotter pin (81), disc (82) and retaining bolt (83).
3. Undo wing nuts (84) on left-hand antiwind guard.
4. Push each left-hand anti-wind guard (85) inwards towardsthe beater roll in question.
5. Support beater roll when withdrawing pin (86); then pullroll out of right-hand bearing.

Removing the upper beater roll
1. Undo pins (88) and remove cover (87). Dismantle topguard (88a).
2. Remove cotter pin, disc (90) and retaining bolt (89) oonright-hand side.
3. Free left-hand anti-wind guard (91) and push in. Removebracket (92).
4. Knock pin (93) out and use it to withdraw pin (94).
5. Pivot plate (95) at each end with connectors (96) down,and secure.
General
Check regularly that wheel nuts are firmly tightened ( see table for screw starting torque)!
Attention!After the first 10 hours of operation retighten wheel nuts.
- If a wheel has been changed retighten the wheel nuts after 10 hours of operation also.
- Pay attention to correct tyre pressure!
- Regularly check tyre air pressureaccording to the chart.
Danger of bursting exists when pumpingup tyres and with high tyre pressure!

Troubleshooting
Any machine is liable to develop faults now and again. The list below is intended to make curing them easier. Never delay in findinga remedy.

Torque limiter on driveshaft triggered.
A transmission runs hot.
Scraper floor chain runs noisily (tickingover).
Noise from transmission chain.
Forage jams.
Poor cutting quality.
Jockey wheels do not reach ground.
Forage is picked up soiled.
Hydraulic mechanism move jerkily.
Tailgate does not swing.
Poor braking.
Remedies
Declutch and start off again at low revs.If necessary remove foreign body andsharpen knives.
Top up or replace oil.
Check chain tension.
Check chain tension regularly (5 to 8 mmplay), tighten if necessary.
Set drawbar to correct height.
Sharpen knives in time or replace them.Drive at lower revs, so that larger wads offorage are picked up.
Adjust jockey wheels and check heightsetting at hitch.
Check jockey wheel setting.
Loosen bleed screws (A) and bleed lines.
Undo union nut ( ) on cylinder, drain alittle oil and replace nut, if necessary bleedair off and clean coil.
Adjust or replace linings.
Causes
Too much forage at once, large foreignbody or blunt knives.
No lubrication.
Chain too loose or too taut.
Chain loose.
Travel speed too high, trailer hitched uptoo low.
Blunt knives,p.t.o. speed too high.

Advice for general maintenance
In order to keep the implement in good condition even after a longerservice life, please observe the following advice.
Safety points• Turn engine off when adjustment, service and repair work is to be
done.
• Do not work under the machine without safe support.
- Retighten all screws after the first hours of operation.
Spare partsa. The original components and accessories have been designed
especially for these machines and appliances.
b. We want to make it quite clear that components and accesoriesthat have not been supplied by us have not been tested by us.
c. The installation and/or use of such products can, therefore,negatively change or influence the construction characteristics ofthe appliance. We are not liablefor damages caused by theuse of components andaccessories that have not beensupplied by us.
d. Alterations and the use ofauxiliary parts that are notpermitted by the manufacturerrender all liability invalid.
AsbestosCertain sub-supplied components of thevehicle may contain asbestos due to technicalreasons. Observe the warning on spare parts.
Opening the side protectors
Open the locking bar „R“with a suitable aid (e.g.screw driver) andsimultaneously swingthe protector up.
Closing the sideprotectorsSwing the protector down, the locking bar engages automaticallyand locks the protector against unintentional opening.
Take care when entering the loadingarea
1. Secure the opened tailgate against unintentional closing (e.g. witha prop).
2. Use a suitable climbing aid (e.g. a stable ladder).
3. Do not enter the loading area when the p.t.o. is connected and thedrive motor is running.
4. Access door (only on trailers with metering rollers)
The access door in the left side wall must only be opened when thedrive motor is stopped.
Cleaning of machine parts
Attention!
Do not use high-pressure washers for the cleaning of
bearing- and hydraulic parts.- Danger of rust!
- After cleaning, grease the machine according to the lubricationchart and carry out a short test run.
- Cleaning with too high pressure may do damage to varnish.

Hydraulic unit
Caution! Danger of injury or infection!Under high pressure, escaping fluids can penetrate the skin.Therefore seek immediate medical help!
After the first 10 operating hours and then everyconsecutive 50 operating hours
- Check the hydraulic unit and lines for tightness and retighten screwconnections if necessary.
Before operation- Check hydraulic hoses for wear.
Replace worn or damaged hydraulic hoses immediately. Thereplacement hoses must meet the manufacturer’s technicalrequirements.
Gas container
Beware!
No welding, soldering or mechanical works of anykind may be carried out on the container.
Note• According to manufacturer's information all gas containers have a
slight pressure drop after a certain amount of time.
• The gas loss (nitrogen) amounts to 2-3 % per year.
• After 4-5 years it is recommended that container pressure bechecked and if necessary corrected.
Alteration of gas container pressureThis work may only be carried out by customerservice or a specialist.
• In order to reduce or increase the pressure in the gas containera special filling and checking device is necessary.
• Pressure in the gas container: 80 bar Nitrogen (N).

MaintenancePick-up
- Broken tines (53) can be replaced after removing the
corresponding stripper guard (54) without disassembling thepick-up.
Pick-up drive chain
- Oil chain and check chain tension every 40 runs.
- Once a year remove chain guard, clean and oil chain as wellas lubricating free-wheel.
Cam wheel
- For technical reasons the lubricating point (L) on the left frontplate of the pick-up drum must then be greased if the pick-upis in operation.
In order to prevent possible accidents proceed withgreat care.
Tyre pressure
Press- Regulation of drive chain tension takes place through the
tensioning screw (55) after loosening lock nut.
- Tighten lock nut after tensioning chain.
Conveyor combs and main bearing
F = 40 The conveyor comb housing should be greasedevery 40 runs.
F = 80 Both main bearings should be greasedevery 80 runs.

Drive chains for regulating rollers - Oil chain and check chain
tension every 40 runs.
- Regulation of the drivechain tension takes placethrough the tensioningscrew (58) after looseningcounter-lock nut and locknut (57).
- Tighten lock nut andcounter-lock nut aftertensioning chain.

Starting transmission: 0,9 Liter

Scraper floor-gears: 1,0 Liter

Lever (55)• The pick-up and the feed vonveyor arms can be rotated with
lever (55) for maintenance.
• In this case switch the drive for feed and pick-up off by lockinglever (43).
Scraper floor chains• Both scraper floor chains must be tensioned simultaneously
but not strained. They should sag slightly.
Retensioning of scraper floor chains
- The tensioning screw (17) is located under the platform.
- Loosen screws "17 a".
- Tension scraper floor chains simultaneously(with screw "17").
- Retighten screws "17 a".If length of tensioning screw is no longer adequate, thenremove chain links. Always remove even numbered
links (2, 4, 6,...) from both chains.
Starting transmissionChange or at least top-up transmission oil once a year.
Topping-up oil
- To pour in oil unscrew one of either fastening screws (6).
- Check the oil level at the level screw (7).
Changing oil
- Open oil outlet screw (5).
- Drain old oil and dispose of as allowed by law.
- Pour in 0.9 ltr of oil according to lubrication chart. TD 56/94/13

DRIVESHAFT GBSupplement - B
1) How a cam type cut out safety clutch works:This overload clutch switchesthe torque transmitted to zeroif overloaded. To revert tonormal operation, stop thep.t.o. drive briefly.The clutch reengages at aspeed below 200 rpm.
IMPORTANT !The overload clutch on the driveshaft is not a “Full up” indicator. Itis purely a torque limiter designed to protect the implement againstdamage.Driving the right way will avoid triggering the clutch too often, andthus causing unnecessary wear on it and the implement.
2) Wide-angle joint :Maximum angle of deflection when working/stationary : 70°
3) Standard joint :Maximum angle of deflectionwhen stationary: 90°Maximum angle of deflectionwhen working: 35°
MaintenanceReplace worn-outcovers/guards at once.
- Lubricate with a brand-name grease before starting work and every 8 hours worked.
- Before any extended period of non-use, clean and lubricatedriveshaft.

DRIVESHAFT
Important! Only use the indicated oraccompanying drive shaft, otherwisethe right to claim under guarantee forany possible damage does not exist.
Matching driveshaft to tractorTo determine the actual lengthrequired, hold the two halves of thedriveshaft side by side.
Procedure for cutting to length- To determine length required, set implement in closest working
position (L2) to tractor, hold driveshaft halves side by side and markoff.
Important!• Note the maximum
operating length (L1)- Try to attain the
greatest possibleshaft over-lap (min. 1/2 X)!
• Shorten inside andoutside tube guardby the same amount.
• Fit torque limiter (2) of driveshaft to implement end ofdriveshaft!
• Always check that drive shaftlocks are securely engagedbefore starting work.
Retaining chain- Use chain to prevent tube guard
from rotating.Take care that chain does notimpede driveshaft pivoting.
Rules for workingNever exceed the maximum p. t. o.speed when using the implement.- When the p.t.o. is switched off,
the implement hitched up may not stop at once.Do not go close to the implement until all motion has stopped; onlythen may work be done on it.
- When the implement istparked, either remove thedriveshaft and store it, orsecure it with a chain. (Do notuse retaining chain (H) for this).

1. Bedienung
Nach dem Ankuppeln mußdas Zugfahrzeug mit demAbreißseil (1) amH a n d b r e m s h e b e lverbunden sein. Damit wirdbeim selbsttätigen Lösendes Anhängers vomZugfahrzeug der Anhänger über den Handbremshebel abgebremst.
• Die Auflaufbremse arbeitet vollautomatisch.
Auf waagrechte Lage der Zugöse achten, sonstÜberhitzung der Bremstrommeln möglich (siehe auchnächste Seite "Erwärmung der Bremsen").
Bei Inbetriebnahme Bremsprobe durchführen!
- Bei ausgezogener Zug-stange (3) Handbremseüber den Totpunkt ziehen.Durch Einschieben derZugstange (3) spannt sichder Handbremshebelautomatisch durch dieGasfeder (2) nach.
- Eine leichtere Rückstellungerfolgt bei ausgezogenerZugstange!
Achtung!
Bei Funktionsstörung an der Bremsanlage Schlepper sofortanhalten und Störung beseitigen.
Achtung!
Bei eingeschobenerZugstange (3) schnapptHandbremshebel ruckartigbei Überwindung desTotpunktes in die Höhe,Griff nur von untenumfassen (B).
2. Nachstellanleitung
2.1 Nach den erstenBetriebsstunden passensich die Bremsbeläge derTrommel an. Dadurchentsteht ein Spiel in denBremsen. Bemerkt wirddies durch zu weitesEinfahren der Zugstange(3).
Eine gut eingestellte Bremse soll einenAuflaufweg (4) von 50 –70 mm aufweisen.
Bei Überschreitung des Auflaufweges kanndie Bremsanlage mittels Spannschloß (5)oder durch Umschrauben derAbstecklaschen (A) nachgestellt werden.
Eine Kontrolle ist bei ausgezogener Zugöseund angezogenem Handbremshebelmöglich.

Der Handbremshebel soll im angezogenem Zustand (6) die Zahnstellung vomZahnsegment gerade noch verdecken.
2.2 Nach öfterem Nachstellen muß die Hebelstellung bei den Achsen überprüftwerden.
Bei Rückwärtsschub und angezogenem Handbremshebel dürfen dieBremshebel (7) nicht über die Senkrechtlage nach vorne stehen. Ansonstensind die Bremshebel um einen Zahn nach hinten zu setzen.
2.3 Bei Neueinstellung oder neuen Bremsbelägen sind Probebremsungenvorzunehmen.
Bei ungleichmäßigem Bremsverhalten (links bzw. rechts). muß dieBremshebelstellung überprüft und korrigiert werden.
2.4 Etwa alle 500 km Bremsbelagdicke auf eventuelle Beschädigung undVerschleiß überprüfen.
Ist der Bremsbelag dünner als 2 mm bzw. beschädigt, müssen die Backena u s g e t a u s c h twerden.
3. Wartung
Auf der Auflauf-vorrichtung befindetsich ein Schmier-nippel (11), welcher 2x jährlich zu schmieren ist. Gleichzeitig soll die Gleitbahn(9) der Auflaufzugöse mit Fett versorgt werden.
Achtung!
Abstellen des Anhängers
Die Auflaufzugöse (9) muß bei abgestelltemAnhänger immer ganz herausgezogen sein.
Daher: Vor dem Abkuppeln mit demSchlepper soweit vorwärts fahren bis dieZugöse in der vordersten, herausgezogenPosition steht.

Einstellen der Nockenbremse Typ: 30-4010 (300x60)(Bremsausgleich vor der Achse)
Grundsätzlich immer zuerst die Ein- bzw. Nachstellung der Radbremse vornehmen.Achse aufbocken, Auflaufeinrichtung und Feststellbremse in Lösestellung bringen(Zugöse muß ganz herausgezogen sein).
Achtung!Achten Sie darauf, daß der Anhänger gegen Bewegung gesichert ist.
Übertragungseinrichtung lösen.Das Rad in Fahrtrichtung drehen, dabei die Nachstellschraube B durch Rechtsdrehungverstellen, bis die Bremsbacken beginnen, an der Bremstrommel zu schleifen und sichdas Rad schwerer bewegen läßt.Jetzt die Nachstellschraube um eine halbe Umdrehung lösen, damit das Rad frei läuftund die Bremsbacken nicht mehr an der Bremstrommel schleifen.Stellung der Achshebel kontrollieren, der Winkel α zwischen einer gedachtenSenkrechten und den Achshebeln sollte ca. 20° entgegen der Zugeinrichtung betragen.

The mounting of implements on the front or rear three point linkage shall not result in exceeding the maximum permissibleweight, the permissible axle loads and the tyre load carrying capacities ot the tractor. The front axle of the tractor mustalways to be loaded with at least 20 % of the unladen weight of the tractor.
Make sure before buying an implement that these conditions are fulfilled by carrying out the following calculations or byweighing the tractor/implement combination.
