Command to access server- mstscBackup database- Open sql management studio>right click on SBIDIM in the left window>task>backup>select the previous path>remove button>ADD button>select the path where database has to be save (C:\dashbackupdatabase)>press OkIf database failed error occur saying any differential backup something then change the backup type from full to differential and press OKAgain if the error occur saying transaction log backup then again change the type of backup from differential to transaction log and press OKIf successful then again change the backup type to full and take backup.And if not contact support.

For Login ERRORShrink database After taking backup right click on SBIDIM>task>shrink>database>OKError due to Inernet Explorer 11Image button in the enquiry for is not working properly.Continuous 3-4 attempts are needed to display the image.And till 3 attempts the login page is displayed.
