This Christmas our programme has something for everyone with Party Nights, Boogie Nights, Lunches, Christmas Day Gala Buffet, Boxing Day Carvery and a Hogmanay Gala Ball. While you relax with a coffee, Santa will visit with a gift for the children under twelve.

After dinner, dance the night away to our 6 piece resident show band “A-Side Soul” and bring the bells in with the sound of our traditional piper and disco until 2.30am.

Terms & conditionsBooking couldn’t be easier, Please contact our Christmas Co-Coordinator and we will be delighted to organise your festive event. Please call on 0141 812 0123 to check dates and availability. Bookings can be made over the phone or by email: [email protected]. All reservations will be treated as provisional and will be held for a maximum of 7 days. After 7 days the booking will be automatically released. Confirmation of Bookings: A booking will be considered confirmed upon a receipt of deposit. All deposits are non refundable or transferable. Event deposit: £10.00pp | Hogmanay Deposit: £20.00pp | Accommodation Deposit: £10.00pp. Final settlement for all events to be paid four weeks before the event. All payments not received by this time will be deemed cancelled; any paid deposits will be forfeited. When final payments have been paid there will be no refunds authorised or any form of credit given. In the event of the hotel cancelling any Christmas function completely we will offer an alternative date or full refund.The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate Christmas events or move to smaller function suites/restaurant should numbers dictate. We reserve the right to cancel advertised entertainment due to circumstances out with our control. At the Hogmanay Gala Ball tables of 6 or less people will be required to join party tables of 10. All festive events include a novelty package that has been selected by the hotel. All printed details are correct at the time of brochure launch but may be subject to alterations without prior notice. All prices quoted include VAT at 20%. Any accommodation must be confirmed with a valid credit card number and all accounts must be fully prepaid. Check in is 2pm (3pm on the 1st Jan) and check out is 11am. The management reserve the right to refuse admission and carry out bag searches. Alcohol brought into the events will be confiscated. Dress code is smart but casual. Children are not permitted to the Party Nights. There will be a vegetarian alternative at all events. We are more than happy to cater for any other dietary

preference, however to avoid disappointment we would need 48 hours notice.
