ES Remote Learning Plan: For Families C. E. 1. Contact the school at 773-534-1762 with any questions. 2. A school wide parent orientation will be conducted September 3 & 4, 2020. Parent will be allowed to pick up instructional materials and devices. 3. The administration will send a mass email to update parents regarding remote learning for the 2020-21 school year.

4. Hughes’ website will be updated weekly and/or as needed at Hughesce.cps.edu with “Hughes News You Can Use”, important information and updates.

5. Staff email addresses are posted for your convenience. 6. Staff are available daily during their prep periods through email, text, google voice and other forms of communication already identified. 7. All messages left on the school office telephone will be answered as soon as possible 8. Teachers & Staff will utilize Aspen to take daily attendance and input grades weekly.
