The brewhouse - the heart of any brewery - is the focus of the system. In continuation of the suc-cess story of the Freising-based company NERB, which has lasted over more than 4 decades, ESAU & HUEBER has been delivering brewhouses according to the SYSTEM NERB worldwide. The brewhouses can be manually controlled or equipped with WINBREW® according to any level of automation required. All brewhouses are built in ESAU & HUEBER’s own production facilities. The SYSTEM NERB optimally integrates tradition and high-tech. Energy production and recuperation, fast brew cycles, automation as well as simpler and safer cleaning and maintenance are only a few key features that facilitate high-quality beer production and consistent quality.
ESAU & HUEBER offers the SYSTEM NERB brewhouses in different product lines. The MINIBRAU focuses on minimum capital expenditure, while the requirements for quality and consistency of the resulting wort are the same as they are for industrial brewhouses. This product line is an ideal solution for either small production vo-lumes or as a pilot brewery for larger breweries as well as educational and research applications. All MINIBRAU systems are delivered for “plug-and-brew”, options for exclusive surface appearance or pre-mounted tankfarms complete the offer for the MINIBRAU.
