At Solace, each guest has the opportunity to relax and retreat to a place of tranquility and rejuvenation.

The spa has six treatment rooms including a wet treatment room as well as a spacious couple’s suite. There are separate men’s and women’s locker rooms where you will find an array of amenities. Our AVEDA Salon has two massaging pedicure chairs, two manicure stations and two hair styling stations.

TreatmentsMost of our treatments are designed to soothe the effects of Big Sky’s high altitude and dry climate by incorporating the hydrating and healing properties of many natural elements. ReservationsTo ensure availability of services and appointment times, we recommend scheduling your appointment(s) several days to a week prior to arriving at the resort. All appointments are reserved with a credit card. If you prefer to request either a male or female therapist, please make it known at the time of booking. Unless you state a preference, bookings are scheduled with the first available therapist of either gender. Reservations can be made in the spa, located in the lobby of the Huntley Shoshone Lodge or by calling (406) 995-5803.

General InformationWe request that anyone attending Solace Spa or fitness center be 16 years of age or accompanied by an adult. Please silence your cell phone during your visit to Solace.

ValuablesWe encourage leaving all valuable items in your hotel room. The Spa is not accountable for any lost or stolen personal items.

Cancellation PolicyIf you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 24 hours’ notice is required. If you do not show up or fail to cancel your appointment within the cancellation time, your room or credit card will be charged the full value of the treatment(s).

ArrivalWe ask each guest to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatments to allow time to complete an intake form, change into your robe and sandals, and enjoy our relaxation room. We encourage you to arrive earlier to enjoy the Shoshone Health Club, which provides you access to a workout facility, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, dry sauna and steam room. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of the scheduled treatment and all appointments will end at their scheduled time.

Spa AttireA luxurious spa robe and sandals will be provided for your use during your spa experience. Our therapists are trained in proper draping procedures to ensure your complete comfort at all times. However, if you prefer to remain partially clothed you are welcome to wear undergarments or the spa can provide disposable garments for your use during your treatment. Guests under 16 years of age must wear bathing suit like attire during their treatment.

GratuitiesIn appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be added at your discretion. An amount of 18% to 20% is customary in the industry.
