DESCRIPTION
Executive Service Corps of Cincinnati and Freestore Foodbank completed a three-year program in 2012 to increase capacity of FSFB agencies from 14 million pounds of food a year to 16 million pounds. The nine-month program ran from September through June each of the three years. ESCC provided one-on-one coaching, as well as monthly leadership training sessions, to assist participants and their agencies in reaching their goals.TRANSCRIPT
