CHESS Task: Design business models for multi-sided markets
Many CH offerings create a double-sided market with solutions and devices for the healthcare market (patients and clinicians) on one side, and resultant data offering opportunity for non-health commercial actors on the other.
Anosmia offers an example of such a market in its infancy that will provide a valuable opportunity to explore and influence this phenomenon.

My research aims to contribute to understanding
how business models are designed. I will look
at how value is created and captured, and
what are the mechanisms underlying the
usage of devices on different markets which
enables companies to design successful
business models.
I will especially look at the nature, form and role
of experimentation in business modeling
process, and how companies are experimenting
with clients and customers
