The British Frozen Food Federation (BFFF) is the trade associationthat represents the frozen food industry in the UK.

Its members cover the complete supply chain and include importers,brokers, producers, wholesalers, retailers and Associates – thosecompanies who provide services to the industry.

BFFF have always had a strong presence at IFE and for 2015 we arecontinuing to offer our ‘Essentially Frozen’ Guide.

These can either be cooked from frozen or defrosted at room temperature for 4 – 6hours or overnight in a refrigerator.

They can be poached, oven baked or microwaved.
