Sukhonsky Cardboard and Paper Mill, LLCRussia, Vologda Region

The Mill is located in the Sokol city of Vologda Region, 33 km from Vologda and 510 km away from Moscow.

In 2017, the company celebrated its 100th anniversary.

The Mill recycle waste and produce different types of paper goods. The main production is

Testliner and Fluting — cardboard and paper for corrugating.

Polotnyany Zavod Paper Manufacture, LLCRussia, Kaluga RegionIn 2018 the company celebrated its 300th anniversary. It is one of the oldest pulp and paper industry enterprises in the country(founded by decree of Peter I).

Based on tradition, the Manufactory introduces new technologies and approaches to solve the main task — improving the quality of goods that meet market requirements.

The Mill is located in the Dzerzhinsky district of Kaluga region, 180 km away from Moscow, in the settlement of Polotnyany Zavod.

The Mill recycle waste and produce different types of paper goods.

The main production is Testliner and Fluting —cardboard and paper for corrugating.

Here also produces office-paper products: notebooks, drawing albums, sets for creation and others, which uses in domestic market and export to the neighboring countries.

The quality of the products is guaranteed by ISO 9001. FSC certified.

Office-Paper Products

Here are two office-paper products producing plants.

Products: business, general and student notebooks and albums on a paperclip from 12 to 96 sheets l in the print cover (cardboard, laminated, plastic) on a paperclip, ring mechanism, on the clamp.

Our company is one of the largest producers in Russia and CIS-countries of notebooks. We were first in Russia who used the most modern printing technologies: selective UV-lacquer, sequins, congestion embossment, tactile effect, cutting down, etc.

Every year we produce more than 220 million sheets of paper products: school and simple notebooks of 12–96 sheets, notebooks on spirals and combs, notebooks for notes, albums for drawing, and sets for creativity.

More than 150 years, we are producing beautiful, high-quality and affordable paper products, preserving the traditions of previous generations of workers, starting from the founder of the factory —Afanasy Abramovich Goncharov.

The Mill is located in the city of Balakhna, Nizhny Novgorod Region, 410 km away from Moscow and 15 km from Nizhny Novgorod.

It recycle waste and produce different types of paper goods.

The main production is Testliner and Fluting— cardboard and paper for corrugating.

Multi-layer cardboard is also produced here. It is used for bookbinding, cardboard for tubes and boxes.

Manufacture of products at the CPM Company is based on application of innovative technologies and own developments. We are engaged in scientific work in the field of technology of a container cardboard more than 15 years, we employ eight experts with degrees in pulp and paper technology, the results of research activity are published in the leading editions of Russia and abroad.

The work is carried out in cooperation with the Pulp and paper department of the Northern (Arctic) Federal University, which has the most modern research base. The scope of scientific research is to increase the physico-mechanical properties of container cardboard, the processability of its processing on corrugated equipment, and the improvement of consumer properties of corrugated packaging. All this allows the CPM Company to produce goods with the highest quality indicators.

MUSEUMOF PAPER

The Museum of Paper and Russian Pulp and Paper Industry “BUZEON” was opened in Polotnyany Zavod settlement of the Kaluga Region in August 2018. This event was dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the Polotnyany Zavod Paper Manufacture.

In the restored historical building with an area of 1250 m2 there are halls dedicated to the history of paper, the development and current state of the paper industry, the role of paper in human life — in everyday life, culture, art.

The museum includes dozens of unique exhibits. The exhibits were collected throughout the country — from manufacturers, at the All-Russian Research Institute of Pulp and Paper Industry (St. Petersburg), at public sales and in antique shops.

The collection of exhibits continues.
