Wills for Heroes is a Pennsylvania Bar Association program co-sponsored by the PBA Young Lawyers’ Division. “Wills for Heroes” provides free basic estate planning documents to first responders and military veterans in Pennsylvania. “Wills for Heroes” provides police, fire, emergency medical personnel, other first responders and military veterans—those on the frontlines for our personal safety—the tools they need to prepare adequately for the future.

On Saturday—February 22, 2020at the Public Service Training Building at LCC, Main Campus, Nanticoke, PA.

As part of this effort,the Wilkes-Barre Law & Library Association

Program DescriptionThe Continuing Legal Education credit part of this pro-

gram is sponsored by the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association for the Attorney Volunteers of the W-BLLA YLD “Wills for Heroes” to be held at the Public Service Training Building at Luzerne County Community College in Nanticoke, PA.

Again, the program is at the Public Service Training Build-ing at LCC in Nanticoke, PA. For those attorneys staying for the full duration of the training, this CLE program offers and is approved by the CLE Board for one (1) substantive con-tinuing legal education credit.

Mock Trial The YLD is in need of volunteers to serve as Jurors for the

2020 Pennsylvania Bar Association Mock Trial Competition. Dinner and refreshments will be provided. Juror volunteers are a crucial component of the high school mock trial com-petition, so please consider donating your time after work one or more days to give these kids the experience that they deserve. All W-BLLA Members are encouraged to volunteer, it is not limited to YLD members! The schedule for the District Competition is as follows:

needed for three trials). Districts Round 2: January 28, 2020 (Tuesday, jurors
