The Young Lawyers’ Division of the W-BLLA is participating in

Wills for Heroes is a Pennsylvania Bar Association program co-sponsored by the PBA Young Lawyers’ Division. “Wills for Heroes” provides free basic estate planning documents to first responders and military veterans in Pennsylvania. “Wills for Heroes” provides police, fire, emergency medical personnel, other first responders and military veterans—those on the frontlines for our personal safety—the tools they need to prepare adequately for the future.

Mock Trial The YLD is in need of volunteers to serve as Jurors for the

2020 Pennsylvania Bar Association Mock Trial Competition. Dinner and refreshments will be provided. Juror volunteers are a crucial component of the high school mock trial com-petition, so please consider donating your time after work one or more days to give these kids the experience that they deserve. All W-BLLA Members are encouraged to volunteer, it is not limited to YLD members! The schedule for the District Competition is as follows:

THENCE from said point of Beginning, along the extension of the line dividing said Lot #93 of the Barnum Plot and crossing the right-of-way of said Lakeside Drive, South thirty six degrees zero minutes zero seconds East (S 36° 00’ 00” E) fifty five and six tenths feet, more or less (55.6’ +/-) to a point on the shoreline of Harveys Lake.

THENCE along the shoreline of Harveys Lake, along its various courses and distances in a gener-ally southwesterly direction, forty and two tenths feet, more or less (40.2’ +/-) to a point on the shoreline of Harveys Lake.

THENCE along lands now or formerly of Robert T. & Teresa M. Vosik and crossing the right-of-way of said Lakeside Drive North thirty six degrees zero minutes zero seconds West (N 36° 00’ 00” W) fifty seven and one tenth feet, more or less (57.1’ +/-) to a rebar found on the northerly right-of-way line of said Lakeside Drive.
