    Introduction

    The research/report demonstrate several key qualities those are ability to organize prioritise as

    well as to communicate that help to make a solution for the topic .It's just supposed to stimulate

    our own thinking which cover a variety of topics throughout different fields of knowledge. If our

    mind is working as, we may find our self led toward some subjects for our research project.

    Furthermore By this research topics we can gain knowledge regarding Establishing a

    CarShowroom which problems may face as well as may be aware customers expected

    and preferable criteria for a car purchasing and selling Strategy.

    Similarly this research make sure us which problems have to face Toyota and

    Mitsubishi car because ofincreasing 200% tax as well as by which this situation affectsthese two companies in the market .

    Background

    The car commerce is increasing day by day with the heavy demand similarly competition is

    also increasing at a massive rate. The car companies have to try to take their customers minds

    hardly. But because of increasing 200% tax customers are somewhat less inspired to buy cars

    comparing to previous days. Although several brands are in the market. Rather these two typescars are most familiar and preferable to the customers. Customers may switch their intention to

    purchase these cars.

    Statement of the problems

    The statement of the research problem generates several questions those are the main

    requirement of a research. A good problem originates from a research question formulated out of

    observation of the reality. In our research there may faced the following problems

    Observing customers exact choice criteria Identifying the risk of these both car business Investigating the impact of increasing Toyota and Mitsubishi car tax on the customers. Identifying several problems of a new show room establishing

    Significance of the study

    The overall outcome of this research will be helpful for the companies under scrutiny for getting

    a clear picture of their respective brand perception and their effectiveness of the efforts towards

    achieving higher customer satisfaction level. Most of the times the increasing sales figure or fail

    to show the possible future downturn due to decline in customer satisfaction and their perceive

    level of the brand as well as tax rate increasing . So, this study will help the car brands look into

    possibly the most significant area to concentrate on.

    However, this study also serves as the first step of fulfilling the researchers course requirement

    of conducting a practical marketing research implementing the learning from the lecture

    sessions.

    Primary data This data is collecting by us for present research procedure that refersto the field works. This data comes from several procedures those are

    kinds of primary data and these include visual art, sheet music, drama, poetry, stories, speeches

    interviews, autobiographies letters and diaries.

    Secondary data This data is collected for another purpose that has been already used for

    other purpose. Secondary data refers to those sources of information that are used to interpret and

    analyze primary data by drawing upon such data to make explanations for events that happened

    in the past or even to be able to explore whatever meaning can be derived from a work of art. To

    research study. After doing our field work we have done this about customers current purchasing

    intention that gain may a decision for the problem solution. The theoretical frameworkintroduces and describes us the theory which explains why the research problem under study

    exists.

    Having the theory helps us to identify the limits to those generalizations. The theoretical

    framework specifies which key variables influence a phenomenon of interest. It alerts us to

    examine how those key variables might differ and under what circumstances.

    About the research we have somewhat concept that in 2002 august it was done by south- south

    trade promotion programme. That research purpose was to know the supply and demand survey

    on automotive components Bangladesh. Three were a specific research that survey the reason of

    increasing vechilecs using as well as several requirements on car impoirts in Bangladesh .The

    sources will be included in reference. Here that research evidence is given below

    Objectives of the Study

    By the research we supposed to gain knowledge about by which a new car show room has to

    countenance massive problems that issues earn an overcome for it.

    Furthermore it helps to provide knowledge in our professional life that stimulates several topics

    solution .We acquire concept about which are the requirements to import car from foreign

    countries and which are the flexibilities to establish a new car show room .

    However we can complete our research project study as well as good understanding. The

    company can get assumption about demand the car brands.

    In case of the 200% tax increase our objective is to find the difficulties that our Car Importers

    of the country are facing as well as in case of the 200% increase now a days the car buyers are

    facing a lot of problems, so in our objective we tried finding those matters and made our research

    on 200 % tax increase and in our research project we have given vivid details about the talked

    topic. Being specific, the research should provide information on the following questions

    (components):

    What are the factors contributing in customer satisfaction in terms ofpurchasing car?

    Do these factors vary when it comes to customers satisfaction of bothcompany?

    How do the customers perceive both the brands overall?

    Which companies are leading the market in terms of customersatisfaction?

    Methodology And Approach

    With the help of family money and other financial resources like bank would like to

    establish a Car Showroom. My research project is not only about my car

    showroom but also it will consist area like the 200% increase tax that the car

    importers of our country are facing. What are its impact on cars like Toyota, Mitsubishi.

    Because of this cars from China and India are in high demand. Because of the Cars 200%

    tax issue what are its impacts on our social, economical life style. So, my research will

    firstly cover topics and areas about establishing my car show room, here I will talk about

    Importance of choosing a location for my business, what are the cars that are not only

    cheap comparing to others but also of great performance, recruiting people for running

    the showroom, a modern car showrooms decoration, linking up with banks for the credit

    card usage of the customers, making a website for online visiting and online purchasing

    and finally I will give a current scenario of the affect of the 200% tax increase on Toyota,

    Mitsubishi and on the countries people.

    The population and of my topic is the concern population of our country where car

    is a need and their the one who will buy cars from my show room. In Bangladesh the

    majority of the population is a mid level incomers, they wont be able to buy luxury

    brands like BMW, FERRARI so my target population is those population who wants to

    buy Toyota and Chinese cars like Cherry. These cars really affordable and of hard core

    use. For the population we will also provide spare parts and good servicing facility.

    About the Budget its approximately 50, 00000. Firstly that much investment is not

    required, cause I will provide for the starting with 8 to 10 Toyota and Cherry Cars . My

    family will support me with BDT 35 lacks and the rest will be taken By my father from

    the Banks. The rest amount is 15 lacks.

    With the money I will not only buy cars but also decorate the car showroom. For the

    place I have my family property so place has been taken care of I dont need to rent any

    place.

    Timeframe work, is a planning where we will be showing the time

    management events and the expected time frame of our research work. In our

    First Week we will be Preparing Questions, with the help of the

    answers of these questions our car showroom project work will be helped.

    Second Week, we will spend and use our time in Data Collection from different

    car showrooms, regarding what are the difficulties they have faced, the current car selling

    market of our country, the set up and choosing of their choosing the location, the

    significance of having a website and giving advertisement.

    Further More in Thirdweek, we will be analyzing our Datas, cause just

    collecting the data is not sufficient enough we need to analyze the datas as well. We will

    be giving Datas that are necessary not those which are not significant enough.

    Finally, in Fourth Week, after doing work in the previous time, revising our

    work is correcting if found any mistakes, and getting it checked by our course teacher our

    Research Project is ready to be submitted to our honourable course instructor in due

    time and date, cause a late submission surely carries a bad impression, in the Fourth

    Week our target should be submitting our project to our Teacher.

    Data And Data Needs:

    Primary data has been taken from different car show rooms. Me and my project members

    have personally went to different car show rooms and talked with the managers of those

    show rooms, we went to Wheels, Subaru, Mitsubishi, General Motors, BMW. We not

    only talked with the car show room people, but as General Motors is owned by my own

    Uncle, I have collected the primary data from him about different laws regarding

    setting up a car showrooms, different importing issues etc. Secondary data has been taken

    from different books and from the net that will be given in details in the Bibliography.

    In the case of the need of the data we can surely say that without proper data collectionwhether its from primary or secondary source, when completing or making a project the

    usefulness of the data is really of great levels. Data not only helped us getting proper info

    regarding showroom , but also for the future growth of our project authentic data

    collection is highly required.

    Regarding 200% tax increase we personally talked with the Car Business people

    and also with several buyers of those cars and these things are being talked with details in

    the actual Research Project, giving a few details we can say that we have covered areas

    regarding what are the selling impact after 200% tax increase, how the buyers are

    taking this issue, what are the latest car selling strategy of Toyota and Mitsubishi after

    200% tax increase, What is the current mind frame of the car buyers of current time etc.

    Expected Result

    My expected result is very ambitious and positive, I want my project to be a well

    appreciated one as I have worked hard and honestly, I want to have a profitable

    showroom and also with my research project I want to help and give people good,

    authentic knowledge about establishing a car showroom and the impact of 200% tax

    increase regarding car business. With the help of my research I hopefully will be able to

    give people a basic but yet very helpful idea if even they in future want to start a car

    business of their own , as in my research I have given how to establish car business, how

    to recruit people, manage them , where to buy cars from, the car selling strategy and all

    necessary approaches regarding selling and importing cars, and finally I have talked

    about the 200% tax increase issue as well. My I am expecting my research to be a goodknowledgeable one, as well as authentic and informative.
