At present International Financial Reporting Standards are changing very frequently so accountants performing in relevant area may have updated knowledge.Keeping in above views The Islamabad Branch Council (IBC) is organizing workshop on IAS / IFRS on February 20-21, 2016, (09am - 05pm) at ICMA Pakistan, Islamabad Centre.

Mr. Zahid Hameed Shahis Associate Member of ICMAP. He is faculty member for the s u b j e c t s o f “ F i n a n c i a l Accounting” and “Advance F inanc ia l Account ing and Corporate Reporting” at ICMAP Islamabad since 2006. He is also t e a c h i n g t h e s u b j e c t o f “Financial Accounting” and “F inancial Account ing and Reporting” to CA students at Institute of Business Leadership, Islamabad. He is working as resource person for “Diploma in IAS/IFRS” at ICMAP Islamabad for last 5 batches. Previously he has w o r k e d a s C o n s u l t a n t f o r “Res t ructu r ing o f Pak i s tan Agriculture Research Council” with Abdullah Associates and as trainer to train the accounts staff of POFs Wah Cantt.
