Tape the floor template provided to the bottom of the cabinet. Then, drill (3) pilot holes with a 13/32” drill bit ½” deep. It is best to start with a smaller drill bit first, and then move to the final size.

STEP 1

Attach the bottom cam plate to the cabinet floor using (3) #6 x 1-1/8” flat head screws. (See Fig 1)

STEP 2

Using the same floor template, drill a 13/32” pilot hole 1/2” deep for the top post mount to be centered. (See Fig 2)

STEP 3

Attach the top post mount using the (3) #8x3/4” pan head screws. (See Fig 3)

NOTE: The top post mount must be mounted with the smaller diameter facing down.

Insert the post system into the bottom cam base rotated approximately 90° clockwise. The door retraction arms must be pushed fully in while inserting the post. (See Fig 4.1) Once the post system is fully seated, the hardware can be rotated back counter-clockwise 90° to the home position (See Fig 4.2).

Raise the telescopic portion up to the top post mount. (See Fig 5)

STEP 6

Install the inset door stops behind the face frame at the top outer courners of the opening, where it will not interfere with use or cosmetics using the (4) #6x1/2” flat head screws provided. Pre-drill with a 1/8” drill bit is recommended to prevent the face frame wood from splitting. (See Fig 6)

STEP 7

Install the door mount brackets to the doors using the #8x1/2” flat head screws provided. Note: The lower door mounting brackets are universal and are not handed. The upper door mount brackets, however, need to be matched to the appropriate left and right door. The longer arm of the upper door mount brackets needs to point to the outer edge of the door. (See Fig 7)

Bei stumpf aufschlagenden Türen muss die rechte Tür breiter als die linke sein. Bei Türen mit Eckstollen muss dieser an der rechten Tür befestigt werden.For flat overlaid doors, the right-hand door must be wider than the left-hand one. Installation of the shelves must be done in the following order (See Fig 11 for steps):

A. Attach the two tray containers to the post in the position shown (See Fig 11).

B. Place the bottom tray in the cabinet, resting it on the mounting tray, but not engaging it on the tray container. Let the back edge of the tray rest on the cabinet floor bottom. This tilted position will allow you enough room to insert the top tray into the cabinet via the cabinet door opening.

C. Place the top tray in its mounting position on the post and engage the tray over the top tray retainer, locking it in place.

D. Engage the bottom tray over its tray retainer in the same manner.

CONNECTING ARM

Mount the doors to the hardware by dropping the rear pins into the hole location marked “80” on the bracket. (See fig 8)

Clip the connecting arms on to the front set of pins on the bottom door mounting brackets. (See Fig 9)
