• Facility Coverage: not easy to estimate because AHD services package is not standard across all levels of care

• Diagnostic Capability: • It is not possible to recognize gaps because tests are lumped together• It would also be better to disaggregate per tests and per level of care• It is also better to define an effective referral system

• Impact of AHD: Can we consider evaluation of the overall HIV program (VL coverage and suppression) as an evaluation of the AHD services?

• SOPs: The dashboard should evaluate the presence of SOPs and Guidelines

• To collaborate with the QI team to develop AHD quality standards• To actively engage ROCs representatives in the HIV/TB Task team and

improve involvement of ROCs in policy development, implementation and M&E of AHD

• Decentralization of AHD services to reach low volume facilities• Review AHD SOPs to incorporate a short guidance on the

management of TB• Activities already in progress

o AHD project evaluation, abstract already proved by local IRB o Work with the electronic M&E system developer to incorporate AHD indicators into CMIS
