An  excellent  boat,  almost  impossible  to  find  on  the  used  yacht  market.  This  boat  has  been  well  looked  after  and  has  everything  you  need  for  a  home  away  from  home.  

To  quote  Etap  Yachts  they  offer  “The  only  unsinkable  yachts  in  the  world”  

Owner’s  comments:    

In  the  summer  of  2007  we  took  ownership  of  our  brand  new  ETAP  46DS  in  Hyeres  in  the  south  of  France  which  had  been  brought  there  by  special  road  transport  from  the  factory  in  Belgium.  My  wife  and  I  sailed  the  yacht  from  there  to  Cyprus  via  the  Greek  islands  where  we  had  sailed  for  many  years  with  different  yachts.  Upon  arrival  in  Cyprus,  later  in  2007  we  custom  declared  the  boat  and  paid  the  VAT  as  applicable  in  any  of  the  EU  countries.    The  first  3  years  we  stayed  in  Cyprus  in  the  local  port  of  Latchi,  where  our  house  is  very  close  by.  Regular  annual  maintenance  was  done  by  various  engineers  of  the  equipment  involved  (including  the  shipping  yard  ETAP  twice).    The  sailing  possibilities  around  Cyprus  are  very  limited  because  of  the  island  being  divided  between  the  Greek  and  Turkish  parts,  so  each  year  that  the  yacht  was  moored  in  Cyprus  we  sailed  it  to  Turkey  and  Greece  and  after  approx.  3  years  decided  to  keep  it  in  Orhaniye/Turkey  to  enjoy  this  outstanding  sailing  area  and  the  excellent  maintenance  facilities.  Each  year  the  boat  is  stored  under  its  own  cover

on  the  concrete  premises  of  the  marina  where  it  undergoes  full  maintenance  and  checks  to  be  ready  for  the  next  season.    We  aimed  to  sail  each  year  one  month  in  spring  and  one  month  in  autumn,  but  only  in  the  last  few  years  have  circumstances  allowed  us  to  do  so.    As  with  all  new  yachts  it  takes  a  few  years  to  get  over  the  initial  teething  problems  but  the  boat  is  now  in  excellent  condition!  Specifications/Özellikler       Builder/Yapımcı   : ETAP  Yachting,  Belgium
