Is your DMC in Spain a fully registered travel agency?

Yes, our licence number is GC-974.

Is your DMC fully insured?

Yes, our policy number is 53-00864785 with Winterthur Insurance Company.

Is your DMC financially demonstrably solvent? Yes, E&TB Group can guarantee 100% of the operations. Upon request we can also send you a bank certification.

Are your rates commisionable?

No, they are always net rates including local taxes.

After receiving a request, when do you usually send out the offer? We always answer in 24hours in case of standard requests. When working on complex requests or different destinations we send the offer in 48 hours.

Do you send out a note when receiving a new request saying that you are working on it? We answer ALWAYS in 1-2 hours maximum upon reception of the new request and during normal correspondence.

Do you block the hotels that you offer? Yes, we do block the hotels for 10-14 days and send to the client the option date.

Does my contact person change in the middle of the process? No, you will always have 1 contact person, except in case of illness or vacations. We have a very well structured Company, everyone has a defined role within the company.

Does E&TB act in the name of his client? Yes, we always act as their Partner in Spain or extension of their company.

Is your DMC able to handle several simultaneous operations? Yes, some weeks we do have more than 20 operations around the Spanish geography. E&TB Group has handled more than 300 groups in 2010.

Does your DMC have a strict selection process in their choice of third party suppliers? We are constantly revising our product in order to guarantee the quality of the providers. We are in contact with them regularly and get take comments from our clients very seriously.

Does your agency have quality management accreditations? Yes, we are in process for the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certification. In 2012 we will start the process also for ISO/IEC 27001: 2005 Information Security

Does your DMC have Corporate Social Responsibility processes? Yes, we have signed a beneficial cooperation with the American Foundation “The Sager Family” where the recipients are the children in Capetown (South Africa).
