EUROGLAS ESG Flat Solar and tempered safety glass with a unique flatness
EUROGLAS ESG Flat – safety with slender structures too
EUROGLAS ESG Flat is manufactured in series produc-tion on two pre-cut lines and a tempering furnace. The self-manufactured basic glass, EUROFLOAT, and the extra-white EUROWHITE NG with a light transmis-sion value of 91.5% are processed here. There are four different machining possibilities: rec-tangle glass pre-cut, edge grinding, hole drilling, tem-pering. The machining and thermal treatment of glass panes is possible from a thickness of 2 mm.
Advantages of EUROGLAS ESG Flat• Thermally treated glass has a higher bending
strength and is thus more resistant to impact, shock and hail than normal float glass.
• Low warpage of the tempered glass.• Very high quality drilling of holes at several
positions in the glass.
