2. New Technologies: T&L tools: I.C.T. tools (see www.europa.eu for Education, Training)
3. The significance of R.E.S. (PV, Wind, Biomass, Solar Thermal, Hydro, Ocean) in SUSTAINABLE
DEVELOPMENT
PV: it is a field in which all partners are interested to have expertise look forward to
Scope:
• Learning Society
• Information Society
• The E.U. Educational & Training Programmes under the article 126 of the Treaty • Competitive Market

Training.
Significant documents:
a. Magna Charta Universitatum and
b. the One Space in the European Higher Education
c. White Papers on Education & Training

R.E.S., in the Domestic, Agricultural and Industrial sector
3. to exchange experience and develop synergy or
collaboration, at least in the use and development of
I.C.T. tools,
towards an effective T & L process

Learners to work together and along with other Trainers,
to update and/or upgrade skills and knowledge.
5. to integrate I.C.T. Tools in the Learning process;
to test them for their friendliness, capacity, flexibility,
effectivity, utilizability
6. to BUILD a Platform of steady Communication in the
Engineering advancements and Innovation in the sector
of PV and R.E.S. , in general
7. to set up a partnership of physical or legal persons to
collaborate in the above fields and present each year in a
FORUM the advancements in R.E.S.
Technologies and Innovations.
Two years ago partners agreed to establish ICAROS, an
international civil society, which makes this group a legal
international body
This mesh of interrelated issues was approached in previous European projects which we have contributed and coordinated in the same with this I.P. area, such as:
1. the development of an MSc course:
CDA : Solar Energy ; Technology & Management (see http://solar-net.teipat.gr)
2. the IWTPV workshop in Prague every two years. This is related to PV Technology
3. the Intern. Conference in the West University Neophit Rilski, where Energy issues make a part of it.
4. the LEONARDO da VINCI project :
ICT Tools in R.E.S. and Environmental Management
5. the FP6 project ADEPT on Eco-designs
6. The Ms. Course “Energy Systems” in FH Aachen, Germany
7. It is our intention to try to make for all of us, together, such a go ahead and synthesize ideas and efforts towards the common benefit which is to be: PEACE and SUSTAINABLE Development
The Contribution of all partners, administrators and staff, along with their students, was invaluable, during the last 3 years, for all that has been achieved and succeeded
