EURES AdvisersEURES advisers are trained specialists who provide the three basic EURES services of information, guidance and placement, to both jobseekers and employers interested in the European job market.

‘Your First EURES Job” and “Reactivate” “Your first EURES job” and “Reactivate” are European Union job mobility schemes to help jobseekers find work in Europe. They provide the following supports:

• Financial support for travel expenses for a job interview in another EU/EEA country

• Financial support if you re-locate to start a new job• Other financial support measures, i.e. recognition of qualification, language course, supplementary relocation allowance or family allowance.

EURES Cross-Border Partnership

A cross border labour market is an area in which workers living in one country can commute daily or weekly to work in a neighbouring country. EURES Cross-Border Partnership assists the free movement of labour in the Border Regions of Ireland and provides an information, advice and placement service for jobseekers and employers interested in Crossborder working or recruitment.
