INTRODUCTIONThe Unified Patent Court and Unitary Patent are closer than ever to becoming real-ity, but recent developments in Germany and the UK have raised new questions.The MIP European Patent Reform Forum USA will provide updates for US patentowners on the latest progress on ratification and implementation.
