Prime European Markets have bottomed outAn improving economic and political landscape, together with increasing finance availability on more “attractive” terms coupled with an ever widening cross-border investor audience, presents a renewed optimism for the year ahead.
Investment transaction volumes have started to increase with particularly significant improvements in some of Europe’s toughest economies notably Spain, Italy and Ireland.
The positive ripples to which we drew reference last year have now gathered momentum, a trend which is anticipated to continue over the next 12 months at least.
