After the first two years since its release, I’m

glad to state the EUSA Magazine registered

a significant interest of all our Members as well as

people approaching EUSA for the first time.

This Magazine has undoubtedly drawn in all its

aspects the attention of a large number of per-

sons thanks to our decision to include in its pages

our work, our policy but also our devotion to the

University Sport field.

Therefore, it is clear that all our efforts to improve

the communications of our Association are justi-

fied by the increase of the European Universities

and students participation in our events.

Among others, this work has granted to EUSA a

new active position in FISU as Continental As-

sociation.

This is indeed a key establishment for our Asso-

ciation which marks a great change from the past

and opens to EUSA an extraordinary new scenario

in which it is one of the most involved Organiza-

tion in the University Sport worldwide.

On behalf of the EUSA, it is with great pleasure

that I witness such an effort coming from the

WEL

SS

National University Sport Association’s members

who strongly contribute to the success of the

high level sport events giving to all European

students the opportunity to experience high level

and friendly competitions as well as the chance to

exchanging their culture and interests.

As we demonstrated so far, I am convinced that

with the involvement, the commitment of each

us, we can give a great contribution to the Euro-

pean University Sport and improve its image all

over the world.

In this sense, we firmly believe that our Maga-

zine together with the EUSA website is playing

an important role spreading our intents and our

activity plans.

To all our readers, a special thanks for the interest

shown so far, hoping they will continue not only

to use our Magazine but also to give us useful

suggestions to improve our communication tech-

nique as they did in the previous years.

Best regards,

Alberto Gualtieri, President
