Option 1 – Add balance in

Enter your Paytm registered mobile number. Enter OTP to Verify and link

your existing Paytm Account

View/Add Account Balance

Select Default Payment Account

Important points to be noted:

Tata Power EZ Charge Account: For adding the amount you will be directed to the Payment Gateway where you can add amount using Credit/Debit Cards, Internet Banking or UPI.

Tata Power EZ Charge Account: When you click on add amount, Payment Gateway may take a few seconds to load.

Tata Power EZ Charge Account: Applicable taxes (GST) will be deducted upfront from the amount paid. Invoice will be sent to the registered email id.

Paytm Wallet: Applicable taxes (GST) will be added in the final bill. Invoice for Charging Session will be sent to the registered email id.

Billing will be done based on actual consumption. Billing amount may vary from the estimated amount shown or entered on App.

Payment Methods

Important points to be noted:

Estimated Amount for 15 min of charging will be shown on the Connector card. This is an estimate which iscalculated from applicable tariff based on some assumptions.

Actual Tariff is shown under Tariff Break-up section of the screen which appears when you click on View Tariff.

Tariff shown will be exclusive of GST. In case of Tata Power EZ Charge Account taxes will be deducted at the timeof Account refill and therefore will not be deducted from account at the time of charging.

To start a charging session, users need to have estimated amount plus Rs. 150 (buffer) in the selectedpayment method.

Amount will be deducted from the selected account based on the actual consumption and NOT based on theestimated or entered amount.

Once the charging session is complete immediately remove the connector cable from the EV and place itback on its holder slot at the charger.

Do not leave connector cable on ground after your EV is Charged.
