President's Report: Rosie gives her last report­ 6 years on board; strong financial position, give back to community, helped football with helmets, put money into traveling baseball program, contributed to baseball field upkeep, Eastview community association­ scholarships, new roles added to boast community service, new website, added new policies­reviewed financial aid policy Open Forum/Visitors:

Open up to 7th and 8th graders. CC looking for more meets next fall. Nordic Skiing: Dave­equipment storage­ shared storage solution with other EVAA sports. 30 square feet of space for skis and poles­Volleyball may have space or may be storage at EV high school­check with alpine ski coach. Marc to speak with Stephanie (VB) about temporary space. In­House Football: Dennis receiving statement from universal athletic (outstanding invoices). Ordering new helmets (50­70) more helmets for younger ages Traveling Football: New travel policy vs. league travel policy­whose rules does football follow­player eligibility ruled by league, not EVAA policy

In­House Soccer: Registration is open for spring soccer In­House Softball Soft clinic running now. Tryouts in early March Track and Field: Registration will be up and running soon. Gym space booked through Pat Martin In­House Volleyball: Program is going well. More teams then last year­ outsourcing all gym time outside

Review/Approve December minutes: December Minutes approved Financial Update: Reviewed December numbers. Strong cash position, but bills to pay. EVAA ahead of last year's numbers. Concessions numbers are up. Financial committee will meet to approve updated financials for this month. Next two weeks­financial draft approved pending on committee review next two weeks. Will be scheduled by Karen Kuhn. Program Budget Approvals: none this month Field/Gym Update: Storage options need to be discussed. Football building it's own facility. Could EVAA get storage space/own building? Admin Report (Kristin Dannecker): appreciation date for July, better marketing for event, Sunday event, July 27 (1st choice). July 20 (2nd choice) New Business: Next board meeting is scheduled for 2/24 7pm AVCC Sports Liaisons: defined at February 4th of July­ EVAA to build float for parade (Renee/Lynn) on 4th of July (Summer/Alison) Newsletter Signage: new signage: Shawn will check with contacts about signs (different sizes, multiple events) Storage Coordinator: need to research pricing in area/program volunteer/Kristin and Karen will research and pass onto the board. Dave will help. Outgoing Board Members Gifts: List to Westwood Sports­Option A or Option B (Merchandise from Westwood) or gift certificate­finalized in February Meeting Adjourned: Brad Ericksen motioned to adjourn/Lynn Rauch seconded the motion. Meeting ended at 9:32pm.

New Business Addendum to January 20th, 2014 Meeting : As of January 20th, 2014 the following positions will take effect for the Eastview Athletic Association. Federal Identification Number: 41­1898790 President ­ Rosie Boerboom will be retiring from the board and have no voting rights or financial authority over any Eastview Athletic Association accounts. Vice President ­ Marc Dannecker will assume the President position with financial authority presiding over the opening of any new Deposit or Shared Accounts in the name of the Corporation.

Secretary – Greg LeVon will assume the Vice President position and have financial authority to transfer and withdraw funds, with the signature of the Secretary (Paul Waxlax), from all Eastview Athletic Association Accounts. Board Member – Paul Waxlax will assume the Secretary position and have financial authority to transfer and withdraw funds, with the signature of the Vice President (Greg LeVon), from all Eastview Athletic Association Accounts. Karen Aagesenkuhn – Treasure will maintain her position and have financial authority to withdrawn funds only from the Eastview Athletic Association Checking Account. No other persons than those listed in this document shall have financial authority over the Eastview Athletic Association financial accounts. Motion to approve New Business Addendum to January 20th, 2014 Meeting Minutes: Lynn Rauch – Motion to Approve. Brad Ericksen – Motion Seconded. Motion approved: 01/22/2014
