2. CONSUMABLE COMPONENTS : Rubber Tracks, Brake components, wheels and soft materials.

3. Rubber Tracks, Brake components and wheels: are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and regular service for a period of FIVE (5) years from the date of purchase.

4. Soft Materials : are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and regular service for a period of ONE (1) years from the date of purchase.

5. This warranty does not extend to any Evacu-Trac Chair which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, modifications, bad storage or damage resulting from fire, sunshine, lightning, water, bio-chemical or other evacuation hazard or used in violation of the instructions furnished, nor units repaired or altered by other than an authorized dealer.
