Who would be the audience for your media product?

The image on the right is a picture of a very close friend of mine Ricken Ram. Who Is of 18 year of age. He would be my target audience as my magazine relates to many topics that he will be highly interested in, such as Hip Hop music, the Hip Hop culture and High End fashion. Ricken has many artist that he constantly listens too, ‘The Game’, the whole of ‘OFWGKTA’ and Kanye West to name a few.His favourite clothing stores range from big high street chains such as, ‘Harvey Nichols’ and ‘Selfridges’, to small urban Boutiques such as ‘Wellgosh’ and ‘Candy Store’.

From these pictures you can see that he has a good sense of fashion, yet he is very simple. This widens the barriers of my audience as most people associated with Hip Hop, such as artist are highly accessories with products such as Chains, Bracelets and watches. However Rickenisn't wearing any of these products but still clearly fits into the urban Hip Hop look.
