Recommendation for Phoenix: To buy RMS!
we calculated 7.5 million for the human resources cost + 7,5 million more for other costs is 15 millions on costs a yearSo the schools has 25 million benefit a year and in 5 year the inversion made to pay RMS would be pay back.
