MISE-EN-SCENE
This shows the lowerworking class background,as she is in the alleywayand is dressed as a chav,in her tracksuit. Also themusic reflects herpersonality as of the musicgenre.
This shows the girl in theschool hall practising,being from a working
class background.
We see one of the girls walking up herroad, on the phone to her mum denotingthat her family is behind her supportingher ambitions. Also the cars around her
may connote she is from a wealthierbackground.
This girl is the more unique of all, as she is in a different musicstyle, hiding in the corner, as of her lack of confidence and alsonot getting that support fromher family
We see all four of the girls in the gym, havingthe auditions. This image and scene relates tothe girls all dancing individually as they arewearing the same, being continuous.
We also can see the
diverse cultures withinall four of the girls, thisis unique in a sense thatthey are all the maincharacters.
The sound used was an unsignedtrack which we thought went well,

SOCIAL GROUPS
TypographyWe have used this specific typography throughout the whole of our openingsequence, connoting a girly yet slightly edgy look. Giving away that the filmis based around girls.
Camera (Zoom)We did this zoom to help identify the girl. We started of as a long shot to help get an idea of the environment,showing the alleyway. We see she is from a lowerworking class background as of where she is. Alsothrough the music genre being RnB, being stereotypical.
We used this a bus to show the reality, showing how the girls are from an
everyday background, also being apart of the British social realism.This also represents the landmark of the area, as of it being public transportavailable for everyone.
EditingHere we had gotten shots of them all walking to the auditions,having cuts between each shot . Helping the audience tounderstand the concept, also them all walking towards the same
place, unaware that they are going to form a dance group.
