The Colours

By using the same paper texture through the digipak and advert it creates a similar colour scheme throughout.

The colour grading of the photos in the digipak, advert and video are similar. This is because the colours are desaturated and with in the three texts there is no colours that stand out.

The Iconography

From the planning stages of the video we wanted to feature iconography to create an effective link between the main product and the ancillary texts. The shoes represent worn out aged

The Photography

The photos for the digipak were made almost from the same shots from the video. This parallel composition makes the combination of the digipak and video very strong.

This applies with the advert as well. Using the same location both products look similar, however having the characters sitting down on the advert makes the image look like it is not progressing anywhere which makes its more suitable for the advert as it is in more of a pose.

The Band Logo

Having the unique logo of the band on both the digipak and advert make the audience identify what band the product is for very easily and therefore having the logo on both ancillary products, makes the combination very effective.
