Today the film industry is booming with new with new technological innovations. It is now easier than ever to for an indie production to create quality movies. With the rise of digital cameras filming is cheaper than ever. For our production we used a Canon EOS 700d Camera which allowed us to capture full HD video and easily upload it to our computer. The 700d also included a range of 100 - 25600 ISO which allowed us to capture high detail lighting. We used a sound mixer to generate the wind, rain and animal sounds. We used wordpress to upload information surrounding our movie. With the recent rise in blogging sites, sharing new information has become more accessible and viral than ever. With wordpress we were able to add pictures, text, documents, and videos though other video sharing platforms such as youtube. Despite the the user friendliness of wordpress it sadly has a very limited range of customization tools that let the user change the way viewer can navigate the site or change the aesthetics in detail. For post process we used adobe premiere pro for the movie and adobe after effects, The benefits of these softwares is that it provides a great range of tools and functionality when editing movies. This gave us the ability to have a wide range of editing effects which dramatically improved the quality of our film, The only negatives about these types of products is that it often has too many tools and the tools can becomes overly complicated to use. .
