Youtube

I have used YouTube in my evaluation to enable me to embed all the videos which I have created onto my blog.

This has also allowed me to share my evaluation videos so it can be viewed by anyone that wants to see it.

Final Cut Express & Imovie

I used final cut express and Imovie to edit the videos in all the evaluation questions.

This technology has benefitted me as it has enabled me to cut certain parts of the videos which are unnecessary. Once I have edited the videos I could then export the video to make multiple clips into one whole sequence which has therefore made it easier to create all the videos needed.

Prezi

This software has been used for this evaluation question as I have tried to separate each stage for the technologies, to do this I used different ways of presenting each one. Prezi allows you to post multimedia onto a presentation and still be viewed when posted onto the blog so this has allowed me to insert images, screen casts and sound recordings into one presentation

Canon 600D DSLR

I used this camera to film all of the footage for evaluation question 3. I used this camera as it has a good quality image and it is easy to get the footage off of the camera and onto the mac to edit it. This technology made it easier therefore to film and shoot footage for the evaluation questions.

Quicktime

I have used this software to create all the screen casts which you can see in the Prezi as it enables you to record the screen and sound at the same time.

This made it easier when I wanted to explain something as I could explain it a lot easier by talking through each stage rather than writing the stages.
