types with different processes and approvals• ARPLs – employee initiated, attached• Support – every XX years, set due dates, Admin attached• Teacher – every XX years or Admin select who to evaluate

• Individually (EIS.380 EIS.327)• Mass add evaluations EIS.960

• Visible in F11 (to manage on terminations)• Visible in Admin Connect

• As an administrator (past due)• As an administrator for staff evaluation history• As an approver (require verification)• As administrator Report EIS.560(past due) EIS.561(checklist)

• OR .. If strategy is – show me my staff and their history of evaluations and I will select whom to evaluate EIS.561

• OR … Open evaluation for Staff Member to submit (ARPL) be reviewed by Admin, then forwarded to Board Office approval

on F11 history. What are District thoughts on having this for their staff? ..Perception of privacy? .. Prevent any booklet creating for Unions which is MUCH more dangerous in terms of privacy!
