Professional Experience:Interwell US, LLC 2014 to 2016Sr. Design and Applications Engineer

Quickly became fluent in all of the current tools and services, becoming the main liaison between local clients and the Norwegian office. This significantly decreased the amount of time and effort the Norwegian office needed to support Interwell’s clients in the US. This reduced the development time necessary for the customized products by approximately two weeks and reduced workload for Norwegian Engineers.

Immediately came in and investigate failures, conduct forensic analysis to determine root cause, and take corrective actions necessary to prevent future failures. This also included the conducting of function and customer witnessed tests on new and existing products based on current and anticipated well conditions. This significantly minimized future failure rates on existing tools.

Worked on the creation of sales presentations for customers, highlighting the benefits of company product line, showing case history for similar developed products as well as capabilities in delivering custom solutions for their needs. This freed up the sales team to concentrate more on new customer acquisition.

Became the subject matter expert for the Sales Department in the commercialization of new tools throughout the sales process.

Redesigned the Cement Retainer and other accessory tools, for specific customer applications.

Goode Air Conditioning and Heating 2011 to 2014Sales and Installation Manager

Helped to generate in additional $800,000 in residential HVAC sales which consisted of over half their revenue.

Recognized by the leading vendor as one of the top 3 sellers of variable speed air conditioning systems for the Houston, Austin, Corpus Christi, and Dallas areas.

Used my technical background to calculate load requirements to ensure proper capacity and systems design.

Directed new marketing campaigns that promoted Goode’s 40 years of business experience and quality of service, thus significantly increasing revenue.

Streamlined the operations and installation procedures, balancing the needs of customer service versus the use of outside vendors improving completion time and accuracy of the work.

Coordinated with government officials and outside vendors to ensure that the willing customer’s home was more energy efficient thru a home energy audit. This process insured customer discounts were properly accounted for, and used these discounts to increase the operating margins.

Dril-Quip 2008 to 2010 Project Engineer

Designed and developed new four-part composite plug systems for cementing applications. This system reduced the metallic volume within the plug and landing collar by over 90%.

Developed assembly and testing procedures for the new plug systems, making sure the proper composite material was used and all material was cleaned and handled properly prior to bonding.

Developed a new multi ball diverter for their liner hanger system. This design allowed tools above the liner hanger system to activate using various size balls, and then retain the activation balls while allowing the passage of the darts for isolating the cement.

Cameron 2007 to 2008Sr. Subsea Design Engineer

Worked on a number of high profile Subsea projects including the design and improvement of Subsea Manifolds and Jumpers. The new designs were able to improve hydrate mitigation improving the efficiency of the production systems.

Developed new installation procedures including working with the ROV group to reduce installation time while meeting all safety standards.

Baker Hughes - Baker Oil Tools 2002 to 2007Design Engineer to Senior Design Engineer Senior Design Engineer- Thru-Tubing, Fishing, and Inflatables Group:

Part of a joint venture between Baker Oil Tools and INTEQ for the design and development of an inflatable packing element for an isolation valve in open formation. This lead to the development of a new tool that allowed the customer to isolate the formation while drilling without removing the drill string.

Design and developed a new 2.875” Hydroform Disconnect Design and developed a new 3.5” Tensile Disconnect

Senior Design Engineer- Fishing Group: Investigate the failure of casing exit operations. This resulted in the design and development of the

next generation of casing bottom hole assemblies that reduces bending moments and stress while extending the overall length of the resulting window. This resulted in minimizing casing reentry and tool failure.

Design Engineer I- Remediation and Stimulation Group: Designed and developed Composite Bridge and Frac plugs.

Page 3: Evan Gritman Lewis

Designed and developed GTV retrievable bridge plug which is API 14310 V0 rating for 10,000 psi; 250F in a 9 5/8” casing. Was also asked to define the running and operating procedures.
