The Social Welfare Service of the Protestant Churches

in Wrttemberg (DWW) is the churches social welfare

agency that coordinates diaconal activities:

Around 40,000 persons are employed full-time in approximately 1,500 DWW-affiliated

facilities. The diaconal service provides counseling and assistance in situations of

need: indebtedness, drug-addiction, marital problems.
