There are people who know the Holy Scriptures

and how many blessings God has given them! He has prospered and

protected them. Nevertheless, they have not thanked God or shown

thankfulness to the Lord through their lives and service; they are

unthankful. They behave as the nine lepers who after they were healed from

their sickness, they did not come back, but just one came to thank the Lord.

“And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine?” (Luke 17:17); they had gone after the worldly things, and did not come

back. It is inconceivable if a person who is suffering a sickness like leprosy

for which there is no medicine, after he or she is healed and delivered from

that burden, do not at least come back to thank the Lord. This is something

terrible! Many times we are shocked at those nine unthankful men but we do

not realize that in many occassions we are similar to them because what God

has done with us is also great. The burden He cast away from us is such an

enormous one that we should live daily thankful to Him. Our service to Him

should be a true service, not one of appearance, not a hypocritical one; but a

true one, a wholehearted service because He saved us, He gave us life, and in

addition He put His Holy Spirit in us.

The day Saul was about to be appointed king, he hid, he did not want no

to be there, he shook, he was fearful, he realized he was not worthy; and

the Lord knew he was doing that wholeheartedly, God knew he was

feeling unworthy. When God started blessing us we felt unworthy, worthless.

Nevertheless, after that we were filled with a false confidence; we felt strong

although we were not, and we forgot that if there is something praiseworthy in

us, it is not because of our strength but for God’s grace in our lives.

The Bible speaks about what happened to the children of Judah, they were

precious stones, valuable, of fine gold, they had that shine that was unique to

them, but the prophet said about them: “How is the gold become dim! how is the most fine gold changed! the stones of the sanctuary are poured out in the top of every street. The precious sons of Zion, comparable to fine gold, how are they esteemed as earthen pitchers, the work of the hands of the potter!”

(Lamentations 4:1-2). God has put a treasure in us who are vessels made of

clay; if there is any shine or atraction it is because we have this treasure inside.

If one day we lose that treasure or richness, we will be considered worthless

vessels; no one will come closer to us, no one will inquire about us. If people

today look for something valuable in us, it is because of the grace God has

given us.

Do you want God’s blessing? Serve Him truly, with sincerity, with no doubt

of faith, with a sincere and upright heart. Do things for the Lord with love to

please Him. Amen.

48 years of a

Work of faithThe prophetic vision is being accomplished parallel with the celebration of its 50 anniversary. The Worldwide Missionary Movement is working in all the continents, in almost 60 countries, with more than 6,000 congregations and a ministerial body of more than 8,000 pastors.

The Worldwide Missionary Movement

is a Work of faith, sacrifice, obedience, missionary work, labour, and abundant fruit. During these forty-years, the W.M.M. has continued moving in the action and flow of the Holy Spirit, giving the first place and priority

to the supreme interest of accomplishing the Great Comission, the evangelization of the world, the promotion and extension of the missionary work , and the saving of the souls "unto the uttermost part of the earth." In this

way, thousands of people have been healed,

saved, and filled with the power of God. And above all, there is a positive labour of Christian maturity, biblical solidness, spiritual stability, sound doctrine, clean testimony, and clearly-defined concepts of the eternal values; all of

this is for the glory of the Supreme God.

Corozal, Puerto Rico, on September 26th, 1918. He accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and personal Saviour when he was 10 years old, and that very same night he was aware of God's calling for him. When he finished his

studies, he started to work in a newspaper

called “El Mundo (The World).” Later, he quit that job to obey the calling of the Lord and study His Word. During that time, God dealed with him concerning the missionary

work in Cuba. He resisted that calling until in a home service, while he was praying, God Himself called him, and finally he surrendered his life to the Lord to obey Him.

In 1943, he married Sis. Rebecca

Hernández Colón, with whom he had two daughters Damaris and Priscila. In that same year, they went together to the missionary field, first to Dominican Republic, and then to Cuba where they worked untiringly for

16 years, planting around 60 churches and a precious group of servants of God.

Being still in the island of Cuba, God revealed in a convention the great missionary labor of worldwide evangelization He himself >>>

was giving to Rev. Luis M. Ortiz. Then he came back to Puerto Rico in

1960 by commandment of God, and in

1963 he officialy started the Work of the WORLDWIDE MISSIONARY MOVEMENT, INC.

Rev. Luis M. Ortiz was the founder and president of the Work from 1963 to 1995.

On September 25th , 1996 he was promoted to the presence of God, a day before his 78th birthday.

ABOUT THE ORIGIN OF THE W. M. M.After they came back from Cuba and facing the negative answer given by the mission they had belonged to, concerning the accomplishing of that worldwide and

missionary calling they felt in their hearts,

they sadly separated from that denomination. After that, Rev. Ortiz started praying and fasting to seek the direction of the Holy Spirit.

In this way, God Himself revealed and

confirmed to him the name of this missionary effort, opening thus this great missionary and worldwide evangelization labour.

The Worldwide Missionary Movement

was born in God's heart, and He himself inspired its name. On February 13th, 1963 the “WORLDWIDE MISSIONARY MOVEMENT, INC.” was properly registered in Puerto Rico, country where this Work was founded.

Rev. Luis M. Ortiz began his labour having no money, or material possessions, or support from any denomination, or a popular name. He did it without a famous name, he was

totally unknown for many and rejected by others, but he had unquestionable support from God who before His obedience and submission, started immediately to open big and effective doors. It did not take too long

for this Work to reach different countries of America, then Europe, and finally the entire world.

As Rev. Luis M. Ortiz said: “This Work

belongs to God, and I did not know what the Lord wanted to do… we can say with joy and thanksgiving that it is God who has raised the Worldwide Missionary Movement, in a way that we never tried or thought, to give the

missionary work and the evangelization of the world, the place Jesus gave to them.”

Rev. Luis M. Ortiz was the vessel God used to raise this Work, but the one who has always

been leading it is the Lord. This year, with 48 years, we can declare that God has been faithful. He has accomplished His promises and has opened doors for this humble Work in about 60 countries. There are hundreds of

established churches, thousands of pastors, and a powerful mass media to continue spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

In 1957, being in the Island of Cuba,

God revealed to Rev. Ortiz, the Work of the Worldwide Missionary Movement. The vision was written, the vision was declared. In this vision, God showed a great burden descending upon Rev. Luis M. Ortiz, Puerto

Rican missionary. That great burden was the burden God put on his shoulders for him to take across the world.

In order to reach that goal, God revealed

• Millions have listened to the Gospel of The Kingdom.• Thousands of people have been healed, saved, and filled with the power of God. • Millions of tracts and Christian literature distributed. • Thousands of churches planted.• Hundreds of students graduated from the biblical institutes. • Millions of dollars received and sent to the missionary work in favor of the

saving of the souls. • A positive work of Christian maturity, Biblical solidity, spiritual stability, sound

doctrine, clean testimony and well-defined concepts about eternal values. • The Worldwide Missionary Movement works for eternity, and only in eternity

we will know all concerning its fruit. Praise the Lord!

FRUITS GOTTEN

The command that forces us is the Great Comission.

The voice that calls us is the clamor of the lost souls.

The truth that impels us is that the harvest is plenteous.

The passion that moves us is the condition of the souls.

The reason that inspires us is the glory of God.

The strength that drives us is the Holy Spirit.

The goal that draws us is the evangelization of the world.

The cause that a attracts us is the missionary work.

The urgency that moves us is the short time.

how Bro. Ortiz left Cuba going to the west, then turned and went to the east over the waters, and finally reached another specific land to the east of Cuba. From there, he showed how the Worldwide Missionary

Movement was being spread to many other countries in the world.

WHAT THE WORLDWIDE MISSIONARY MOVEMENT IS?MOVEMENT is an effect (fruit). The great

cause of his movement is the action of the Holy Spirit with His fruit and gifts working through men and women. Those men and

women have a clear and wide vision of the

need lost souls have, they also have a well- known spirit of faith and sacrifice, and a clean testimony. They, by going after the Great Missionary, our Lord Jesus Christ,

give a second place to all material, personal, religious and denominational interest to give first place to the supreme interest of accomplishing the great comission and the evangelization of the world.

MISSIONARY. Its objective is the promotion and expansion of the missionary work, the evangelization, and the saving of the souls.

WORLDWIDE. Its vision and action is the

whole world, “unto the uttermost part of the earth.”

In its basis, the Worldwide Missionary Movement acknowledges and adopts for all its activites the Biblical principles of brotherly

love, spiritual unity, companionship, mutual respect, cooperation, communion, fellowship, and equality with all the people of God.

Its main headquarters are located in Puerto Rico. Its International Board is made

up by: president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, and directors. Furthermore, there are missionary supervisors, national supervisors, and representatives of the Work

who are appointed by the International Board. As an organization, the International

Board is the main body that manages and rules the principles, objectives, and goals of this Organization.

The worldwide local churches and the

which have been missionary works raised, supported, and organized by the Worldwide Missionary Movement, are directly under its responsability.

Its founders, Rev. Luis M. Ortiz, together with the pastors God was adding to the Work, understood the vision God gave them. The vision: the world for Crhist.

This Work was birthed to: enter different

latin american countries, hold evangelistic crusades, found churches, hold intensive Biblical courses to train national pastors, and establish new works.

The prophetic vision continues being

fulfilled throughout its 48 years since the foundation of the Worldwide Missionary Movement, labouring in all the continents, in nearly 60 countries, with more than 6,000 congregations, and a ministerial body of more than 8,000 pastors…

OBEDIENCE, SACRIFICE AND WORKThe Worldwide Missionary Movement is: • A movement with an

effect (fruit), caused by the Holy Spirit. This movement by imitating the great missionary Jesus Christ, is still sowing hope in people’s hearts.

• It is a work of obedience.

• It is a work of vision. • It is missionary work. • It is a work of faith. • It is a work of

sacrif ice. • It is a working

front.• It is an apostolic work. • It is a prophetic work. • It is a fruitful work.

[MAGAZINE]

A man ofA man of visionvisionThe International President of the work, Rev. Gustavo Martínez, was in Peru together with the International Board Members of the Worldwide Missionary Movement. Their visit coincided with the relaunching of our magazine which reached 50 years of foundation. It was quite an event.

Rev. Gustavo Martínez, took advantage

of his visit to Peru to speak about the future of the W.M.M. and its consolidation throughout these 48 years of existence. He established news goals for the progress of the evangelization throughout highways and

byways across America and around the world. In addition, he spoke about the impact of the mass media.

What is your opinion about the relaunching of the magazine Evangelistic

Impact? We are conscious that this magazine is a

very powerful tool to win many souls, open many doors in different countries, and raise up many fallen people and backsliders. We

are happy because the magazine has been operating for 50 years, and now we are much more happy with this new format. We believe it will be a blessing and a tool that will continue leading to salvation, and it will always be

an impact for all its readers. We hope the best, we want the best for this ministry of the magazine. And we thank God for all the people who labour, and serve the Lord so that this publication would reach each reader month

after month.

The Worldwide Missionary Movement

is turning 48 years of foundation. Do you think the missionary expectations have been reached throughout this period?

I think so. Rev. Ortiz's vision, a great man of God, was that this Work would be able to reach

the whole world, the largest possible number of countries. He could not finish this task because every man has his limit, but at the same time he is achieving this goal through the disciples he formed and left during his

ministry. Then, the Work of God is pressing forward and continually growing until the Lord comes to raise His Church up. It has been maintained by years of work, sacrifice, and above all, effort to keep the solidity, the unity, and

the highest concepts of what the Word is. We have held fast to sound doctrine in all aspects. We have honoured and glorified God. And we have worked in order that the person who listens to the Word can really have an

encounter with the Lord. The Work is still making progress in the

world, and some people wonder, how are pastors of the W.M.M. trained?

They are trained through the Word of

God. Each church follows the Word of God. The Lord is, of course, the one who calls. But people feel the desire and need of serving the Lord somehow because they receive the Word. Then, people care, come closer

to their pastors, join them, help them; and their pastors teach them according to their own experience. In addition to this, we have

THE WORLDWIDE MISSIONARY MOVEMENT IS BEING CONSOLIDATED. I THINK IT IS ONE OF THE GREATEST BLESSINGS THIS WORK HAS. THE WORLDWIDE MISSIONARY MOVEMENT IS KNOWN BECAUSE IT IS SUPPORTED BY THE HOLY SCRIPTURES AND IS PRINCIPALLY BASED ON THE WORD OF GOD. THAT HAS KEPT UNITY IN OUR CHURCHES.

institutes, seminars in various parts of each zone; thus all our pastors are trained and strengthened. That's why we keep making progress in the Work of the Lord.

Some people think W.M.M. pastors follow the Word very strictly. That strictness is a very high fence. Is that fence becoming

weaker or stronger?I think it is becoming stronger. I think

it is one of the greatest blessings this Work has. The W.M.M. is known because it follows the Word in a strict sense; it is mainly based on the Word. This has kept unity in our churches.

The Worldwide Missionary Movement has borne hurricanes and typhoons during these four decades, do you believe that has weakened the structure of the W.M.M.?No. It has not become weakened. It is still steady

and stable by the glory of God. As usual ,there are hindrances, problems, and people who covertly come in this Work in spite of the filters we have. That type of person just looks out for his own benefit; they want to raise their own image,

to build their own castle, but when they realize

they cannot do it and they come up agaisnt the Word of God, then, they have decided to leave us. They threaten to do many things but after

some days, they are not succesful and cannot c ontinue being part of the Work, and the W.M.M. is strengthened and consolidated. We see this Work stronger day after day.

what the Word of God has taught us raised up high.Do you think the written media as well

as radio and T.V are important to spread the gospel of Jesus?

They are very important. Personally, I think the written media is a tool that we cannot neglect, we have to strengthen and

keep it. In this way we are taking the message to the whole world.

Our Work has been using technological advances for various years ago and we

have acquired radio and T.V. stations in

Of course, because it helps

communications. We also have on line stations which get connected when there are events so that hundreds of people can listen to what is happening in each country.

The first European Congress will be

held in August, how has the growth of the W.M.M. been in Europe?

For the glory of God we can say that

during the past years, the Work in Europe has become stronger, it has followed an

stable horizon in such a way that we can say that God has purged it. God took away

some people who did not help but caused damage to the Work; they had no vision and did not think about the Work. They always thought about themselves, and took some resources and many things from the

Work with them. They did not have doctrinal solidness either. This causes the Work of God to become more jointed and keep growing more than ever before.

International Board Members of the W.M.M. were in Lima: Rev. Gustavo Martínez, Rev. Rodolfo González Rev. José Soto, and Rev. Jorge Alvarez.

[DEVOTION]

The great meaning of

commitmentWe cannot commit our lives and after

that say that we did not know. We must know, “For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it? Lest haply, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him,Saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish.” (Luke 14:28-30). Many

want to become men of God, having many things in God's plan, but they have never thought how to reach that level or what is God's demand or price to get it.

If you are a pastor, the Work will demand your time; the people you are pastoring will demand your time as well; the labour plans and the evangelization will demand our time too; to offer training or leadership courses,

and to teach others demands time; to spend hours studying the Bible, praying, fasting, and watching demands time: that is to serve God and be committed. Some people are called

pastors but in practice they are not because they are not really committed to the Lord. If a person has a calling in his heart, he or she cannot just stand there quietly; when a person has a calling, it is like having a fire inside that

does not leave that person quiet, does not allow the person to sleep, that person has to be productive and busy.

1 Samuel 10:26-27 tells us: “And Saul also went home to Gibeah; and there went with him a band of men, whose hearts God had touched. But the children of Belial said, How shall this man save us? And they despised him, and brought no presents. But he held his peace.” Chapter 11 of the same book says that Saul went home when he realized he was despised; let's remember that when he was about to be appointed, he hid, he did not

want to be commmitted, he was fearful. God had called him, he had been anointed, but his heart was not committed to that labour, Saul

was plowing in the field.Nahash the Ammonite came up, and

encamped against Jabesh Gilead (one of the

tribes), pushing, threatening, humiliating, and making them feel desperate, then, the ones who belonged to Jabesh felt they had no king to deliver them, and while facing this hard

situation they said: "Make a covenant with us, and we will serve thee” (1 Samuel 11:1). “And Nahash the Ammonite answered them, On this condition will I make a covenant with you, that I may thrust out all your right eyes, and lay it for a reproach upon all Israel.” (1 Samuel 11:2). That was not just a matter of losing an eye, it was also to lose honour, the testimony of God. It was to lose everything, people and nations

would mock them. They were about to lose their right eyes because they were cowardly, fainthearted, and fearful. They were not able to face their opponent.

The devil tries to negotiate with us

about our vision and commitment to God; we cannot lose the honour, we cannot lose what God has given us.The Word has made progress by the mercy and grace of God. We

are committed to God. We are committed to not give up, neither go back, nor lower the guard. We are committed to remaining on the path, no matter the situation, nothing will stop us, nothing will discourage us, we are "looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith” (Hebrews 12:2).

“And the elders of Jabesh said unto him, Give us seven days' respite, that we may send messengers unto all the coasts of Israel: and then, if there be no man to save us, we will come out to thee.” (1 Samuel 11:3). And they went to spread that message to the other tribes, and the one who listened to it, started crying.

“And, behold, Saul came after the herd out of the field; and Saul said, What aileth the people that they weep? And they told him the tidings of the men of Jabesh. And the Spirit of God

of the men of Jabesh. And the Spirit of God came upon Saul when he heard those tidings, and his anger was kindled greatly. And he took a yoke of oxen, and hewed them in pieces, and sent them throughout all the coasts of Israel by

the hands of messengers, saying, Whosoever cometh not forth after Saul and after Samuel, so shall it be done unto his oxen. And the fear of the LORD fell on the people, and they came out with one consent.” (1 Samuel 11:5-7). When Saul

saw this situation, he forgot the contempt by the wicked, and realized he was avoiding his commitment to God.

That's why the true man of God who is committed to God, cannnot go off course, no

man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier. No person, whom God has called, should entertain himself neither do his business,

take out his herd in the morning and bring it back in the evening, as if he had not received that call.

God is asking us to truly commit to Him, to surrender totally, and the first thing we need to do is to sacrifice oxen, those oxen who have separated us from our labor and responsability, the same ones who

have entertained us and do not allow us to see other's need. Then, Saul went and delivered his people; God gave him a great victory against the Ammonites and the people acknowledged him, they realized God had

really chosen him. The day he sacrified the oxen, was the day he truly committed himself to God. God wants us to truly commit ourselves to this Work, not only out of our mouth but out of our heart. Surrender your life to God, renew your

commitment, do not make alliances with the enemy, do not lose the vision, sacrifice what you have to sacrifice, do not lose what God has given to you, remain faithful, it does not matter what happens. Today is the day to

commit to God and to His Workl

The very same Saul of Tarsus who planned to enter Damascus as the

great unbeatable champion against the Christian people, had to enter blind and led by the hand to look for spiritual help from a man of God, Ananias, the same one he was persecuting.

Beloved, at the same time the true man of God is the most necessary and useful man in a community, is also the most long-suffering. If a person becomes a tool in the hands of God,

that person needs to be trained in the Lord's hands according to His plan as the potter works with the clay, as Jesus breaking the bread to feed the multitude.

and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ” (Phillippians 3:7-8). Therefore,

Paul understood that his titles and membership credentials were not what he really needed to do what God had asked of him, and when he acknowledged this, he received the great revelations and ministries of the Church.

The Lord told Ananias concerning Saul: “For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name´s sake.”And the apostle wrote: ªWe are troubled on every side, yet

not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair;Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed... But in all things approving ourselves as the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities,

in distresses, In stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labours, in watchings, in fastings; By pureness, by knowledge, by long suffering, by kindness, by the Holy Ghost, by love unfeigned, By the word of truth, by the power

of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left, By honour and dishonour, by evil report and good report: as deceivers, and yet true; As unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and, behold, we live;

as chastened, and not killed; As sorrowful, yet alway rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things... in labours more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more

frequent, in deaths oft. Of the Jews five times received I forty stripes save one. Thrice was I beaten with rods, once was I stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck, a night and a day I have been in the deep; In journeyings often, in

perils of waters, in perils of robbers, in perils by mine own countrymen, in perils by the heathen, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among

"And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, even Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mightest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost." Acts 9:17.

The very same Paul was brought up to

Jerusalem aand taught at the feet of Gamaliel, circumcised the eighth day,of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, an Hebrew of the Hebrews. As concerning the law, a Pharisee. He was prized in the Jews' religion above

many of his equals in his own nation, being more exceedingly zealous of the traditions of his fathers, but the Lord took him to a retreat of many years in Arabia to shape and train him in such a way that he would be able to

say: “But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ.Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things,

false brethren; In weariness and painfulness,

in watchings often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness. Beside those things that are without, that which cometh upon me daily, the care of all the churches.” (2 Corinthians 4:8-9; 6:4-10; 11:23-

28).Very soon the enemies of the apostle accused

him of being unreli able, fleshly, arrogant, hard and insensible. It was said that he did not forgive, that he falsified the Word of God, that

he did not give letters of introduction. That he was incompetent and mediocre, that he falsified the Word, that he preached for himself. That he got discouraged, that he dominated others, that he was crazy. That he had no ministry. That

he was a stumblingblock, that he offended, that he was a dictator. That he asked for offerings, that he was demanding, that he lived according to the flesh. That he terrified the brethren, that he was short in the understanding of the Word,

that he deprived the churches. That he was a burden, that he was not concerned about the brethren,

that he was not an apostle. That he was a deceiver,

that he was weak. The apostle summarized in just one

sentence all what he had faced because of Jesus Christ: “for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus” (Galatians 6:17).

Beloved, this is the measurement to which God can use a life, the measurement

of suffering for God's and His Work sake. In 1978 the Lord spoke to me and told me: “that the most fruitful years of my ministry were ahead”, two months later he spoke to me the same thing and added: “that the price would

be higher and the sufferings will be more." And it happened like that. After those words from God, we started suffering as never before for the sake of God and the Work. However, the Lord had never been glorified before in such

a way, the Work made progress and grew tremendously.

God keeps his true men between storm and fair weather, between myrrh and honey, between disdain and acknowledgement. The

apostle Paul was given a thorn in his flesh, a messenger of satan to buffet him that he should not be exalted above measure. The

influenced the Church's spiritual life like the apostle Paul. Nevertheless, there has not been any other man of God who has suffered for the Lord's sake but the apostle Paul.

Whoever desires the mantle of Elijah, must also receive the bitter afflictions of the achievement, the anguish of fleeing from Jezebel's hatred, hiding out in the cave of Horeb, the apathy and indifference of the

people. Whoever desires the success of Paul's ministry, must accept the sufferings of Paul's ministry. Whoever desires Paul's grace and vision, must accept the thorn that buffeted Paul. Whoever desires to be in the

position Paul was in the Church, must accept the agony and martyrdom of Paul while labouring in Church.

And of course, we have the greatest example of our Lord Jesus Christ, who in

just one chapter of the Bible which has just

twelve verses, Isaiah 53, registers 39 kinds of sufferings our Lord Jesus bore. The Holy Spirit, through the apostle Paul, said this: “In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus, who,

being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to

his own advantage; rather, he made himself nothing by taking the very nature[b] of a servant, being made in human likeness. And

being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming

obedient to death even death on a cross! Therefore God exalted him to the highest

place and gave him the name that is above

every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord,

to the glory of God the Father.”

(Philippians 2:5-11)

TRHOUGHOUT THE HISTORY THERE HAS NOT BEEN CHURCH'S

apostle Paul was given a thorn in his flesh, a messenger of satan to buffet him that he should not be exalted above measure. (2 Corinthians 12:7-9). God allows this so that his

instrument would not forget that he or she has a treasure in vessels of clay, so that the excellency of the power be of God and not of men. That's why it can be possible for a man to climb up to the mount of transfiguration today, and tomorrow

can be in the valley of affliction. The true man of God can raise his voice

and preach today, but tomorrow he or she can be trembling and accused of being a false apostle. Today, he can be joyful due to success, but

tomorrow can be frustrated due to adversity. Today, every one looks for him, tomorrow every one abandons him. The true man of God is always in the anvil where God is shaping him according to the divine will, the need

and condition of the people. Although other people want to do what please them, the true man of God should not do it. Paul said: “All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient.” (1 Corinthians 10:23). Others can

look for their own interests, but the true man of God should not. Others can go after their own goals, but the true man of God should not. Others can boast about themselves, but the true man of God will not do it. Others

can be advertised and promoted, but the true vessel of God will not do it. Others can be acknowledged and treated as guests of honour, but God prefers to keep His chosen vessels in the heat of the battle and sometimes under the

shadow of the Omnipotent. Let's look at the patriarch Abraham who after

the conflict on Mount Moriah where he was about to sacrify his beloved son Isaac, due to his obedience, God confirmed the covenant

concerning his descendants, and called him “friend." Let's look at the great Moses, opening and closing the Red Sea. We also see him in his anguish with his face to the earth while facing the insolent rebelliousness of Korah

and his followers. Let's see the powerful prophet Elijah; after fire came down from heaven in the Mount Carmel, we see him in great affliction fleeing as a leaf tossed by the wind, hiding in a cave, and desiring to die.

Throughout Church's history, there has not been any other man of God able to interpret Jesus and His Gospel. No other has received the revelation of the Church's ministry or has

12th National Convention inArgentina

A new Convention of this Work was held in Buenos Aires with a massive attendance, various edifying messages, glorious manifestations of God, and the participation of the International Board Members. It was a touching experience.

From Thursday 10th to Sunday 13th of February, of the present year, the 12th

National Convention of the Worldwide

Missionary Movement in Argentina was held. This event took place at the arena Almirante Brown in the locality Ministro Rivadavia, Buenos Aires.

During this event, some of the

International Board Members were present such as: Rev. Gustavo Martínez, International President of the Work; Rev. José Soto, International Vice-president and Misionary Supervisor to Europe, Rev. Gerardo Martínez,

National Supervisor of Chile and Missionary Supervisor to South America; Rev. Alfonso Martínez, National Supervisor to Uruguay; among others.

OPENING SERVICEWith a larger attendance than the previous

years, this National Convention, which was full of God's glory, started. The message from God's Word was given by Rev. Gustavo Martínez,

who preached under the title: “Men and Women Committed to God.” He based his message on 1 Kings 19:19.

“We find in the Bible several people who were committed to God, they were people

who loved and obeyed His Word. Everyone who wants to receive the blessing of God has to commit themselves to Him. To be committed, it is necessary to recover what we have lost, love the Word, and obey Him,” said Rev. Martínez.

SECOND SERVICE OF THE CONVENTIONThe second day was glorious. Rev. Alfonso Martínez, preached a message entitled: “Receiving Strength from our Lord Jesus

Christ;” he read the Bible in Ephesians 6:10. “What allows us to have the power of the Lord is the communion with Him, because without Him we can do nothing, it means, our life needs to be connected with God," said

the pastor.

THIRD SERVICE WITH A NEW EXPERIENCE IN GOD On Friday night, many people had a glorious

25 YEARS OF MISSIONARY LABOUR

The International Board Members attended the convention which was edifying for the churches in Argentina.

On the 2nd of January, 25 years ago, the missionaries Ismael and Martha Parrado, from Colombia, arrived in Argentina for the first ime. For a quarter a century, they have done a fervent and sacrificial missionary labour in the Republic of Argentina. They have not lacked hard times, nevertheless, they have been sure that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. (Romans 8:18). Today, they do not stop saying: "Eben-ezer, Hitherto hath the LORD helped us."

experience. The chosen vessel was Rev. José Arturo Soto. The message for this time was: “Judas, Jesus'brother, Defender of Sound Doctrine.”

“It is necessary to fervently defend Sound

Doctrine, not by using violence but the Spirit. Judas said some things concerning this because apostasy was trying to infiltrate into Church. Apostasy was hitting the Church in Judas» time: however, the Word of God did not

lack, and he fought against sin, worldliness, and apostasy by using the Spirit. Apostasy has entered into many churches leading many people to the serious danger of losing their salvation.”He stated.

FOURTH SERVICE FULL OF GOD’S GLORY The fourth service on Saturday morning, was full of the blessings of God. The messenger of God was Bro. Mario Carlos, who shared a

mighty testimony. While the service at the arena Almirante

Brown was held, the group of pastors was in a precious and edifying Pastors Meeting discussing very important matters relating to

the Work.

REVIVING THE FIRE IN THE FIFTH SERICE OF GLORY That night's preacher was Rev. Gerardo

Martínez. His beautiful message was entitled: “Reviving the Fire of God”(Jeremiah 20:7-11).

“Men of God will always have the experience of suffering criticism and dejection, etc. However, the man of God, filled with the

Holy Spirit and fire, does not pay attention to those things.”He said.

A TREMENDOUS MISSIONARY SERVICE

THE LAST DAY OF CELEBRATIONThis event had a perfect closing with an

attendance that exceeded the capacity of the place. The manifestations of God were tremendous.

Many people took an important step in their lives, brethren felt the missionary calling

from God in the missionary service where Rev. José Soto preached. The title of the message was: “The Beauty of the Missionary Work” (Isaiah 52). He encouraged the people to keep following the Lord's call for the

salvation of the lost souls. This event was edifying for the churches in

the Republic of Argentina. We just have to say that all glory is given to God.

“Not unto us, O LORD, not unto us, but

unto thy name give glory, for thy mercy, and for thy truth's sake.”

Singing, music,

praising and praying.

The manifestations

of God were

tremendous.

Evangelistic Crusade in SwitzerlandThere was a great evangelistic crusade and the opening of a new church in Losone. This place was visited for the first time, and the W.M.M. was established there for God´s glory.

There was a glorious evangelistic crusade on December 18th and 19th,

2010, at the facilities of House of Emmaus, in the city of Losone, province of Ticino, Switzerland. Rev. Jimy Ramírez was the preacher of the Almighty God's Word. One of the subjects that impacted the attendees

the most was: “God Has Not Forgotten His Creation”, the text read is in the New Testament, in the Gospel of Mark 5:24-34. He emphasized on the case of the woman

who touched the garment of Jesus, who was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years. She had suffered a lot and had spent all she had but with no results. Her situation had become even worse. But God had not

forgotten her. With an attendance of more than

seventy people, the attendees were blessed. We were mightily supported by God. Many lives surrendered their lives

to the Almighty. The people of God were strengthened by the Holy SPirit and the Word of God.

In this opportunity, a Mission Field was opened, a new Work of the W.M.M. Now, in

this place, services are being held: and with God's help, in April we will have a hall of 160 square meters in Quartino, which is a place in the same zone. Glory to God!

Rev. Jimy Ramírez was the messenger of God. This Work reached the city of Losone for the first time.

Visit to the church of Dusseldorf

The church in Germany is a new Work where Bro. Domingo Ingrao preaches.

The church in Germany was blessed by God. There was an evangelistic service where people responded to the Lord s call and there was powerful deliverance. '

this event we prayed for them and the Lord touched their hearts.

A 50 year-old man from Argentina asked for prayer because he did not want to

continue with that kind of life. Brethren were also touched by God. We prayed for them to be strong in their lives with God. The church in Dusseldorf is a new Work that is pastored by Bro. Domingo Ingrao, who is

Italian. He has been working together with his beloved wife. To God be all glory!

The preacher on that day, Sunday January 30th, 2011, was Rev. José Jimy Ramírez

Herrera, responsible for the Work in that part of Germany. On that day, the Word of God

was preached under the theme: “Walking on the Water.” He based his message on Matthew 14:28-29.

This evangelistic activity that was held in Dusseldorf, Germany, was mightily

supported by God. People who had fallen into drugs' clutches, people who were a prey to alcohol, and even people who had become beggars attended this activity. In

wife, who had been labouring in the W.M.M. in New York, the U.S.A.

On the past February 12th, the National Supervisor, Rev. Carlos Guerra, visited this place to share a wonderful time together with the group that gathers together there. Expectations are great not only in this city

but also in all the state of Washington and its outskirts. We give glory to God for this

wonderful beginning, we are sure the Lord is, as always, accompanying each step we take because He has chosen this Work to reach the highways and byways across America and

around the world. It is important to highlight that Rev.

Henry Arraya has been labouring in Seattle, Washington, since last year. The National Supervisor of the U.S.A. also visited and

supported this Work there. Glory to God! l
