One of the challenges associated with large-scale complex proteomics analysis of biofluids is the quantity of data acquired, rendering analysis difficult. One strategy to facilitate the identification potential protein and peptide biomarkers is the construction of peptide spectral libraries.

This webinar demonstrates the construction of a comprehensive accurate mass and retention time (AMRT) library for a complex biofluid proteome using LC/MS/MS followed by quantitation using peptide-level abundances.
