PARK AND WALK

Read if you only have entry ticketsAdults or Children, Gazebos.(The previous way of doing things)

Park and walk ckets (how it's always been)

Toilets/disabled toilets and concessions will be located at either side of the field and 1st aid will be in the middle you will probably see these roaming about the field too. Please keep these trips to a minimum and don't move around in big groups where possible.

Aer the last show please make your way back to your car, keeping your distance to others. We have made walkways wide enough to socially distance but we need your help making sure this happens. Please take your me, if it looks busy relax as it wont take long for everyone to leave. We have mulple exits and with limited numbers this shouldn't take long.

For all 'walk in' guests you will be directed to a general car park area to park up and walk to the audience area. If you are disabled please tell a steward and they will direct you to the disabled car park. Please remember to have your ckets ready in the car as these will be checked before you park up.

Make your way to the audience area along the walkways, you will find marked out bays which hold roughly 147 people all keeping 2metres away. If you are in a family / bubble you can sit closer which will increase that number, but please remember to keep 2metres from anyone outside your family / bubble. If the bay looks full please choose another, we have plenty of room for everyone don't worry.

Bring hand saniser, use hand saniser, do not touch your face, stay 2 metres away from others, do not come if you have symptoms (cough, loss of smell, temperature) or have been in contact with someone with covid-19. Avoid crowds - do not rush to leave, let others clear first - allow more me to exit. Remember it is your responsibility to socially distance.

Gazebo cket holders please head to the 'walk in' entrance and park up next to the disabled car park. The walk to the audience area isn't very far and you will be asked to pitch your gazebo at the back. If you have any quesons on where this is please see a member of staff. Remember to keep your distance to the gazebo next to you. We have a large field so please spread out.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Please stand 2 metres away from others when vising the toilets. You will find hand gel in the toilets but you MUST use hand saniser aer leaving the toilet. If you do not have any then there will be several staons on site to use including around the toilet areas.

With respect – please come with the mind set that whilst we have planned and planned, and invested significantly in trying to make the event covid-secure it is your responsibility to socially distance and act properly when in the presence of others. This includes leaving site or isolang if you feel you have covid and of course keeping 2 metres away from others outside your group at all mes. If you cough or sneeze then cover your face with your elbow or similar and please, please take any rubbish home with you. You MUST not gather in groups above 6 - we will be monitoring this and reserve the right to ask people to leave site without refund if they do not comply with the requirements set out by our PM recently.

Our lier picking team will have to collect rubbish you leave so please ensure you don't leave any. Bring a waste bag – pop it in and take it back home with you. You'll be doing us a massive favour and it will put a smile on the lier picking team who work so hard to clean up aer each event.

We recommend you bring your own hand saniser. If you would like to wear a face mask then we encourage that also but only if you choose to.

Please bring sanitiser and a torchMany sanitiser stations on site for you to use

MLE Pyrotechnics LimitedManaging Director

I would like to thank my producon team and staff, the contractors, Ragley Hall, the local authories and of course you – for trusng in us and connuing to support this event.

We are gued that the CAA couldn't grant permission in me for Aerosparx, we wanted to offer camping, we know some of you will have wanted the fair. The big screen won't be here this year because we don't think it's the thing to do to interact as much with you due to covid. Please be assured none of these decisions are financial ones. They are all about safety. We also know most of you didn't want the firework demo and of course that was to be replaced with Aerosparx.

We hope you enjoy the event and if you can maintain social distancing for us – we will all be able to celebrate (you included) the success of one of the UK's largest outdoor events since lockdown. We also know this will be the way things are for a while and so invesng in these changes will give good ground for the next event. Please have extra paence during exing - we are limited with the number of exits from this field. Please follow the instrucons from stewards and don’t jump the queue - you’ll get home more efficiently.

We have spent many hundreds of hours working on this event, many many days of late nights unl midnight, 1am… from meengs with the local council and emergency services through to detailed event plans, risk assessments and procedures. Designing and marking the site, invesng in sound, sanisaon, more signage, more staff, more toilets and much more. We want you to know this event is not about us making a profit (although it would be good given the state of the events industry currently).

Thank you, enjoy, and take care.
