Gerardo took the stage to express the reasons behind the failure of @TayAndYou, an experimental research on conversational understanding released by Microsoft, and cited AI coupled with chatbots have a long way to go.

From a business standpoint, the World AI Show gave us a good idea about what the market is thinking. This was important because we not only got insights from our target audience, but also from the general perspective.
