cultural art. Colleges should register their students by the 15th of December 2010. The workshops will not be

for more than 45 minutes and students who attend the various workshops will be provided with the

respective certificates.

PuppetryA workshop demonstrating the art of puppetry will be conducted for students by an expert from the field.

Tie & DyeTie and dye experts will be teaching students the process of creating tie-and-dye fabric. Participants will have

to bring with them 2 mts of white cotton cloth, 3 hand kerchiefs or a dhupatta.

Basic theatreA talk about basic theatre will be followed by training on theatre skills. A director will be invited to interact with

the students.

Herbal TherapyAn expert herbal therapist will give a small talk and demonstration of herbal therapy. Certain herbal recipes for

facials will be taught and demonstrated. Students can also purchase products from the therapist.

Seminars

individually. There has to be at least one solo performance, one duet performance and one group perfor-

mance altogether. Extra 20 points will be awarded for the best solo performance and best duet performance.

The team will be marked as a whole and the prize will be awarded accordingly. Music has to be provided in a

labeled CD in an MP3 format at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.
