Mind Your Own Business

When it comes to running a business, the ability to understand and utilise the information contained within its fi nancial statements is a valuable asset.

Analysis of previous year’s fi gures gives an insight into the fi nancial performance of the business, and provides essential information which can be utilised to make a business more resilient, set growth targets and plan forecasts.

The fi rst section of this workshop will look at the core elements of the fi nancial statements, defi ning, and examining the relationship between them.
