Our exclusive catering service has many options to choose from allowing for all necessities to be met: breakfast meetings, coffee breaks, lunches and cocktails.

Situated in a privileged downtown location you’ll find tree shaded paths, ambient music, shops, restaurants and cafés; where visitors can enjoy lovely surroundings and the convenience of a 3 level underground car-park sheltering 500 vehicles.

The Paseo La Plaza offers a singular possibility for your events. If at the end of a conference you choose to add a show from one of the plays running at our theater complex, you’ll surely achieve an unforgettable event.

We have two large auditoriums with excellent acoustics and the best technical equipment for audio visual presentations keeping up to date with the demands of today’s corporate events, offering the best alternatives for video projection, closed circuit transmissions, booths for simultaneous interpretation, videoconferences and on-line transmission of events. Highly trained technicians operate the equipment already installed in the auditoriums, such as sound and lighting for theatres, and any other requirements that might come up.

The original layout and composition offered in its unique conference rooms can cater for 1200 people in total, ideal for organizing congresses and conventions, seminars, conferences, workshops and exhibitions. In addition to the two traditional auditoriums/ theatres, there’s another four regular conference rooms with space for commercial stands.

The infrastructure of the Paseo La Plaza is absolutely versatile and it allows for all types of events to be carried out in its six conference rooms.

AmphitheatAmphitheatre shaped with a wide stage and impeccable acoustics. The foyer can be used to set up accreditation services, the catering service, or up to 10 stands for a commercial expositions. The sunny terrace can be covered with a special tent to create additional space in case of bad weather.

The straight lined disposition of the seats on a slanted floor pThe straight lined disposition of the seats on a slanted floor provides excellent vision of the stage and the balcony/circle area for added seating as well as excellent acoustics. It has two foyers: one on the ground floor for the accreditation service and access to the balcony/circle area and the other foyer directly accesses the theatre, making it ideal for catering services and commercial stands.

Alfonsina StorniConference room

Marbled flooMarbled floored, slightly “L” shaped, white walls and low ceilings are characteristics of this conference room ideal for workshops, courses, coffee breaks, cocktails, lounge area, exhibitions and medical posters for seminars. This conference room has an independent foyer that can be used for conference accaccreditation services, giving out assistance certificates or material related to a congress or a convention, as it can be used together with the Pablo Neruda Aditorium and foyer.

These conThese conference rooms provide the possibility of being used together or independently because they are located closest to Av. Corrientes, giving easy access to the public from the street. Ideally used for product presentations, group meetings, press conferences.

Pablo CasalsConference room

A A very sunny self contained smaller room split in two areas, a very relaxed coffee lounge and a working area with two large bow windows and another versatile enough to create a VIP room or a business center for a congress or a convention. It is also ideal for training activities.
