KOOH Sports Lab has developed a unique Health & Fitness Assessment Protocol for corporate employees - FOCUS (Fitness Of Corporates Using Science). FOCUS is a unique scientific assessment module to accurately assess health, fitness and activity levels through a circuit made up of physical assessments and a questionnaire. All tests are conducted by FOCUS certified coaches under the supervision of a Sports Scientist. A detailed report is then handed out to each employee explaining their fitness, health and activity levels!

YouCare: FFF (Freedom from Fear)

Freedom from Fear is a Women Empowerment initiative by KOOH Sports in association with Taekwondo Federation of India (TFI) based on the approach that all women should be better prepared to handle and address any hostile situation The key is to empower women to be confident and be capable to rise up to any unfortunate situation FFF is a 10 day workshop that equips women to get trained in Taekwondo basics using everyday items to protect themselves. The format can be replicated for men as well! Self Defense is not just for WOMEN!
