1 Hour Traditional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage:

Traditionally, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi is a full two hours. This massage is a

specific treatment attuned by Nature to harmonise the whole back

of the body.

Lomi Lomi Dreamtime:

A long, slow, dreamy full back of body massage from head to toes.

It’s so easy to lose yourself in this massage. A combination of flowing

rhythms, patterns, point work and therapeutic stretching is good for

discharging stress and tension in tight spots along the legs, hips,

back, shoulders, upper arms, neck and head. Let your spirit float

freely, relieve aches and pains, improve circulation and soothe

painful joints and inflammation.

2 Hour Traditional Old Style Lomi Lomi Massage – The Signature

Treatment:

A complete body treatment wrapped in sensations of pure

indulgence.

This is the one that redefines understandings of massage – a return

to massage as a healing art.

The full traditional Lomi Lomi is excellent for total relaxation;

rejuvenates and detoxifies the entire body whilst at the same time

relieving painful tight spots and knots, balancing your mind and your

The Sensoria – a sensory aria: restore balance and harmony to your

life with this special energetic bodywork treatment - a magical,

multi-sensory fusion of traditional Hawaiian hands-on healing,

sound to alleviate stress, tension, reduce pain and free emotional

blocks.

The Sensoria is a magical, blissful one or 2 hours of focused

energetic healing that balances and harmonises the body's energy

and power centres (chakras), removes energetic distortions and

clears the body's energy fields. An exciting fusion of therapies

Ho’oponopono – 2 hour:

A very traditional, very ancient, very spiritual practice that is still

used in Hawaii today to resolve issues and restore balance,

harmony and ultimately aloha (love) within the community,

between people and within an individual person. HO'O means to

take action; PONO means to make right and when the old people

repeat themselves as in PONOPONO, it means to make things very

right - within you. HO'OPONOPONO is a conversation between the

client and the highly trained LUNA HO'OPONOPONO. Our goal is to

find the “stone” - the thing that prevents you from moving forward.

In the process we will examine and clear ancestral lines and any

other past connections before moving into the present to heal the

stone so that it’s gone forever. Powerful, profound and deeply

spiritual healing, a process takes 2 hours and is traditionally followed

by LOMI LOMI to clear out stale energy and old connections.

Gestalt Counselling & Psychotherapy – 1 hour:

Our Counsellor & Psychotherapist has 10 years+ clinical experience.

Sometimes life does get a little bit confusing and you need help to

sort it all out. Counselling & Psychotherapy really helps you. Gestalt

therapy focuses on what is occurring in the present and is based on

understanding a person within the context of their current

environment - that is, what's happening for you in life right now –

which is important because it’s not about focusing on analysis but

on opportunities to bring unresolved emotions into the present so

they can be dealt with. In Gestalt we’re interested in exploring what

factors made a particular memory come up in this moment…

At the core is the holistic view that we all strive toward growth and

balance. It's not about forcing change. Change results from

acceptance of what is and developing an awareness of feelings,

reactions and thoughts in a present situation to resolve issues. You

learn how to avoid dwelling on the past or anxiously anticipating the

future. Gestalt's a powerful process that gets results.

Please note that Lomi Lomi is only done as a 1 hour minimum

treatment. Ho’oponopono can be included but it is 2 hours

minimum and best to allow three hours.

Mind Mana – 1 hour:

Mind Mana combines use of the breath, meditation, creative

visualisation and sensory body awareness to help you learn how to

meditate and use meditation to create new and deeper

connections with yourself, the world around you and other people.

You’ll also establish new patterns of relaxation and ways to let go of

stress and tensions that inhibit healthy functioning of both body and

mind. You’ll learn how to connect deeply in the world so life is more

fulfilling. As an added bonus, when the body is able to breathe

again, movement becomes uninhibited and posture naturally

improves. A Mind Mana session makes enormous differences in how

your life seems to flow with ease and grace, and changes the way

you think. Includes easy homecare practices to integrate your

discoveries into daily life. This therapy is 1:1 or you may bring a buddy

along. Excellent for stress management, meditation mana includes

outdoor sessions so you can connect deeply into Nature. We love it!

Arrival:

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to

prepare for your treatment or session.

Parking:

Free, untimed parking is available in The Sanctuary Carpark

Public Transport:

After arriving at Manly, catch the 135 bus from Manly Wharf. Then

walk 50m to The Sanctuary.

Aged/Disability Support:

There are no stairs to navigate. Bathrooms are supportively designed.

Please advise if special support is required for your comfort.

Payment must be paid at the time of treatment. You can pay by

EFTPOS, Credit Card or Cash – if paying by cash please have the

correct amount. Pre-pay by credit card on line by choosing the “gift

certificate” option. Cheques, e-cheques and American Express not

accepted.

Gift Certificates:

All gift certificates must be paid for at time of purchase. Gift

Certificates can be downloaded from the True Nature website or ask

for a hard copy to be sent to you.
